Сотрудница пробивает товар сразу как доставленный вместо того, чтобы получить на это разрешение. По итогу у меня не было возможности отказаться от товара, отличающегося от заказанного, потому что он уже пробит, а возврат в нашей стране с полной стоимостью, исходя из ответов службы поддержки, оформить нельзя.
