The best pick-up point. Wonderful, sociable girls work. They always greet you with a smile. It is a pleasure to communicate with them. They will always tell you in detail, help and prompt you. The point is always clean, warm and bright. If she had moved somewhere, she would have left the same point at Shchorsa 39.

I give a 2-star rating not to the issuing point, but to an employee (not an intern) who treats her duties negligently.
The first time I thought it was an accident, but today I made sure that, alas...
I receive my orders by phone numbers and code. When I received the order today (04/25/24), as usual, I named both. The girl replied that there was no order, although I had a notification of receipt of the goods on my laptop.
When I returned home, I took a screenshot on my phone and came back to the PV about half an hour later, showed the screenshot. And then, magically, my product was found. The girl referred to the fact that the computer was to blame, because for the first time it did not show the availability of goods in the PV.
I think that it would not hurt for the girl to increase the level of computer literacy, and at the same time the level of politeness, because she did not even think to apologize. However, I was forced to do this (which is called "through the lip"), after the advice to apologize.
I have no complaints about the rest of the employees, rather, on the contrary, gratitude and respect for their rather hard work.

A good pick-up point, always clean, nice girls who are ready to help if there are any difficulties, there would be more such employees in other areas
