They charged a large sum without the buyer's consent for the dress with the alleged puff and said, "If you don't want to take it, you can throw it in the trash." They kept the dress after I refused, but when I saw the message about the money being debited, I went back to the pick-up point. I took the dress, it's good, but it was possible to have an adequate conversation. We came home and cleaned it with a pellet machine and there were no puffs on it!!!
