Disgusting pick-up point. I was standing in line to receive an order, there were also other people, a pregnant woman came in, an employee gave her an order earlier (which is correct, since she is in a position). And then he started scanning a lot of QR codes from different people at a time and giving them everything in the wrong order. He gave orders to people who came much later than me, much earlier. I made a remark to him for this, to which he replied, “You don't have to teach me how to work.” Subsequently, we had a conflict, I made a lot of comments to him about his rudeness and disrespectful treatment of clients. I asked him to give me his first and last name, to which he replied to me, “Who are you to know my full name?It is on “you", not on “you". He said that I should not anger him, otherwise he (on purpose) would not find my product. He also specifically publicly clarified that my order is in the 18+ category, although it is not written anywhere on the package. The rest of the people heard it. He did it on purpose to hurt my feelings and cause my embarrassment in public. This is a gross violation of confidentiality and a direct violation of the rules. Then another employee found my product, he replied to me, “Unfortunately, we found your product.” I asked: “Why unfortunately? Did you want him not to be found?To which I received an affirmative answer with the addition of ”For your bad behavior.” I've never seen this before. The employee's full name is unknown, he refused to introduce himself. The employee was at the checkout on 07/04/2023 at 14:30. He told me: “So that I don't see you here anymore, you can call and complain to anyone you want. I will publish information about you so that you don't get any more orders. Don't come here anymore.” This is an unacceptable incident.
