Rudeness on the part of the staff and the closure of the pick-up point for lunches that were not provided for and were not registered anywhere (except for a handwritten piece of paper on the door). If it's hard for you to work, quit and you don't have to bother and be rude to people who want to use normal service at a time convenient for themselves, not for the staff.
