I recently visited the Wildberries pick-up point, and was very pleased with my experience! I'd like to mention the convenient location right away — it's easy to get there, which is very important, especially if you have a lot of shopping.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The managers quickly helped me find my order and answered all my questions. I especially liked that they checked the goods before delivery to make sure everything was in order.
The space at the pick-up point is quite spacious and cozy, waiting does not take much time, as the work organization system is well established. All the items were neatly packed and in excellent condition.
Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. Wildberries continues to amaze with the high quality of service, and I will confidently order from them again and recommend them to my friends!

Great pick-up point! Very convenient location, 3 steps from the public transport stop. The most polite and conscientious employees are always positive. Cleanliness, comfort, efficiency. My score is 10 out of 10!!! Good luck and prosperity to your store!!!

It's great that this pick-up point has opened.There was really not enough of it in this territory, and there were catastrophic queues in the nearest ones.At first, I liked everything, except the girl's looks at the issue (just the mistress of life).Today I was able to pick up my thing on the second attempt, so the first time I stood in line for half an hour to no avail.The item was apparently overloaded, there is little space around the box and some mess with the layout of the goods.
Disgusting service. The unregulated closure of the store is for lunch, then for a break to "accept the goods", although they themselves leave the store in an incomprehensible direction. At the same time, they are not informed in advance anywhere
