I've never seen worse items. A steep staircase from the threshold leads to the basement, on which 2 people cannot warm up. The place itself has a maximum of 10 squares for visitors, I could not pick up the parcel for 2 weeks, because the queue of 15-20 people suffocating in the basement every evening is beyond my strength.
