A great point! I compare their work with other points for the better. The cabins are spacious, always clean (even in slush). I send orders to retired parents and an employee will always help with the choice. In a marriage situation. or they will explain everything by resorting and take it back. I am very grateful to them for this approach to people of the "Soviet" training. They're just helping me out.

On December 27, my New Year's gift was mistakenly delivered to this delivery point instead of Volkovysk. I got the impression that the goods were lying there like at a transshipment base, otherwise how to explain the fact that the movement began on January 5 after my repeated calls to the delivery service. Was it really difficult for the employee to send the goods to their destination-to Volkovysk or return them back to Minsk? There is complete indifference to their work, lack of responsibility for the final result. And, interestingly, all the reviews are almost negative. Why then is there no action on the part of the authorities? Or the fact that the department is working negatively does not matter, the main thing is that it should be.

Courier delivery is something! The product has been with them for almost a week, and the courier still cannot deliver the order. Their service area is quite large and they should understand that not everyone can come and pick up their order on their own. Change the terms of delivery to remote settlements, so that when placing an order, the buyer understands that the paid product does not know when it will arrive!
