I only order there. Everything is fine. The staff is good. Sometimes I take a break. But the wait is very short. There are tools for product disclosure and verification. They can always give you a package. They will always help. However, they say to take the trash with you after opening the product. The fitting room is full enough. Nothing like breaks. People need to rest.

An employee of the pick-up point does not accept an item for return when the item is in perfect marketable condition and has no visible damage. Referring to the alleged smell of perfume or powder. When the item originally arrived at the pick-up point. (according to the employee, the workers at the pick-up point are not required to sniff things upon delivery, but they are apparently required to sniff things upon their return).

I go to this PVZ every time. There are almost no queues, and if there are, they are served quickly. The staff are good and prompt, and this pick-up point is very encouraging :)
