It is very inconvenient to check the goods at such a high delivery line, hands above the head, especially if the buyer is small, and there is no ordinary table where this can be done nearby. Plus, people come to receive the goods and you just get in the way... And they're bothering you... at other points, there is a standard height table nearby, where you can unpack and check the goods without disturbing each other.
