You work for people, and the customer should be in your first place! And you need to unpack the goods on time. I haven't seen such a nightmare anywhere for a long time.

The pick-up point, as a pick-up point, is nothing special. During the holidays, there are wild blockages, a disgruntled manager and queues. On normal days it's quiet and empty. At the end of the day, you can get into a queue of 2-3 people.
The working hours are from 10 to 21 without lunch, but two or three times I had to kiss the doors with a piece of paper "I'll be back in 30 minutes", which of course was not part of the plans.
The repair is half-finished, a couple of collapsed letters. They recently put up a drawing table for children - a nice little thing.
Mothers with strollers or children's bicycles, people with knee or back pain should avoid visiting - the point is located on the ground floor, the stairs at the entrance are quite dark, the steps are not very comfortable in height.
The repair is terrible, the room is dark, it is inconvenient to go down to the basement, a lot of boxes are constantly loaded, apparently the staff does not have time to disassemble everything.
The pick-up point has become disgusting. It's always a mess, it's dark, there aren't always packages. And another innovation is that the order arrives at the pick-up point and lies there for two days, but it is impossible to pick it up because the goods are being received for two days and it will not be accepted in any way. They want to pay immediately when ordering, but they have to wait a week for this order.
The point has become terrible. Let's close our eyes to the lack of packages, it's not their fault, but polite service is in their power. The acceptance of the goods leaves much to be desired, the goods have been at the point for three days and cannot be picked up.
A break of more than 30 minutes and whenever is too much.... and maybe more than once a day. For the fifth time, patience ran out. Breaks should be commented on in the operating mode.
