All movements at the reception were reflected in the room by sound, in addition, the girls themselves from the reception did not really care about the sleep of the guests - they chatted loudly until 3 a.m. with visitors who were not saved.In addition, the complete lack of sound insulation and the wooden door directly above the room is just a catastrophic crash. The toilet is tiny right next to this room, everything that happened in the toilet became "public knowledge" in our room, including in the dead of night. When we contacted the reception with the claim that this is not the room that we ordered at the booking, the answer was that the photos on the booking were random, and there what would fall out would fall out...Another star just for the fact that after our indignation the next day we were moved to another floor. There was an opportunity to have a better rest and it was exactly the room that we paid for booking. However, the sound insulation there is also ugly. In addition, the hotel itself is very tired and in need of repair. Cleaning in public bathrooms is poor, broken shower doors, one foot towel for everyone who uses the shower.
And yes, somehow miraculously for the booking, it turned out that we did NOT STOP BY at ALL, and therefore we could not leave a review for the booking. The reason, I think, is precisely that we were settled in the left room, more like a janitor's room or a staff rest room, but not for guests!!!

I was at the hotel in May 2019. Very good location, close to the center,. The rooms are clean, they gave us a heater, it was cool. The staff is Russian-speaking, friendly. Of the minuses, this is when in the morning the stomp of the residents, who goes to the shower, who goes to the kitchen, everything is audible, you will not sleep longer.
