I really liked the hotel. The beds are wide, the mattresses are of normal cruelty. The TV is flat. There is a cooler on the floor, a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. Mini bar. The plumbing is new, the water pressure is good. Wi-Fi is flying on the territory of the hotel. They didn't take breakfast because the hotel cost 31 rubles and the reviews were bad. We went to a cafe around the corner of Let it be . I heartily recommend this cafe for breakfast!!!

A nice, neat, inexpensive hotel 20 minutes walk from the central station. It is located on the territory of a former factory. , next to the most youth hangout zone in Minsk. The metro is 10 minutes away.

There are always big parties on weekends, but the sound doesn't get to the hotel, so the room is quiet. And opposite there is a park where it is pleasant to walk, both in the morning and in the evening. There is also a metro nearby, if you do not want to go to the center by car, and walk to the center in 15/20 minutes.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the neighbor was killed in the next room, which woke me up an hour earlier than the alarm clock. I think I survived. The police, the ambulance, everything is fine. The mini bar is normal. You won't find coffee in the morning except at a gas station nearby. The room was cleaned, the clothes were not taken to the laundry.
If you want to play tennis in aqua, the location is great.

The quality exceeds the price. Probably the best hotel in the city in terms of price and quality.
There is a private parking. There is a gas station, a car wash, and a metro station nearby. You can rent a bike. New renovation, modern design. The rooms are clean. Not a bad hotel .near the metro (7 minutes walk).There is a small parking lot at the hotel, we found a place (free).It was quiet , there were no questions about audibility inside .There is a railway nearby (it was visible from the window: 500-600 meters )but despite this , it didn 't bother me at all .there is no strong noise from it . The pillows are disgusting AT ALL!the bed is comfortable. Nice girls at the reception. A very modest and expensive breakfast. You won 't starve to death , of course , but it 's very modest / not worth your money .Pillows and breakfast are perhaps the main disadvantages of this hotel . As it is , it 's not bad enough .

I expected more, especially after this hotel was recommended to me. At check-in, the receptionist talked for a long time about the responsibility for smoking in the rooms and the like, but as soon as the room door opened, there was a strong smell of smoking. To the message to the administrator that our room was smoked, the answer was received: "so someone is violating." Neither offer to change the room, nor apologize for the inconvenience.
Morning. I go to the reception desk at 8:30 to find out where to buy coffee. It turns out that you can't buy coffee in the restaurant where breakfast is taking place, the bar is open from 11, in general, I had to go look for coffee. It's good that there's a gas station on the back of the building where I found coffee.
The next question to the administrator after coffee is: "where is the nearest pharmacy?". The receptionist looks at me as if I've come to ask her for money. He points the direction towards the "proletarian" metro station and says that the journey will take 10 minutes. The journey took 25-30 minutes in one direction.
There are no slippers in the room, no bathrobe (can be ordered), no toothbrushes, no shower gel or shampoo.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting a room here for 13,000 per day. They say the Beijing Hotel is better, it is located through a water channel.

Great hotel. Nice clean rooms, tea set, refrigerator.
Fast WiFi. Comfortable pillows (there is a choice) and a mattress.
The service is excellent, all questions were answered, everything was told.
There is parking, both street - free and underground - paid.
To the center, about 25 minutes on foot, but if you don't want to go, there is a 5-minute metro station.
I can't say anything about breakfast, they didn't take it.
There is a street near the catering establishment, you can have a snack and lunch.
One of the small drawbacks is that there is no safe in the room, but there is one at the reception.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were greeted with a smile and settled in much earlier than the scheduled time, which was a pleasant surprise. The room turned out to be stylish and spotlessly clean.
I especially want to mention the amazing bed linen — I slept like on a cloud! The coziness and comfort were at the highest level. The atmosphere of the hotel creates a feeling of calm and relaxation.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality vacation! 💯

A good hotel to visit with small animals. Comfortable rooms, with modern repairs that have not yet been worn out, responsive staff, good breakfasts (taking into account some "buts"). Slippers are given out if you ask at the reception, everything you need can be purchased. There are no problems with washing and ironing, things are washed carefully and properly.
Everything is clean, the order is monitored, the bed and towels are changed regularly.
Minuses:
- The air conditioning in the room is weak, you have to ventilate, it gets stuffy in the heat.
- There is a minibar with all sorts of rubbish in the refrigerator, there is very little space for your water and drinks.
- If you come for breakfast after 9 a.m., some dishes may no longer be available, which is not comme il faut considering that breakfast is paid.
- If the windows overlook Oktyabrskaya or Lenin, then local burghers on basins and clunkers will make noise to you until nightfall.

The hotel is super! Breakfast is normal. I had a 2-bed room, 2 separate beds. I liked the decor, the bed is great, the bathroom is good. The only drawback is that there are no disposable consumables (sneakers, razor, brush, toothpaste). But given the good discount, these are small things. In general, it's pretty good!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are beautiful. But everything was ruined by the breakfasts and the service. Linen is not changed, water is brought only on request, garbage is not removed from the room. Breakfast is just awful. Everything is dry, tasteless, monotonous, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Several rooms for 14 people were booked. I'll start with the advantages, because there are fewer of them - convenient booking, quick and complete response in messengers from employees. Now for the cons. The cost for a hotel of this level is disproportionately high (in comparison with Europe, Sochi, and other cities of the Russian Federation, including the capitals), respectively, expectations were probably overestimated. By the numbers: mold in the rooms in the bathroom is an interesting interior solution, especially for allergy sufferers; lack of air conditioning, not all rooms were filled with a minibar. The hotel staff are the first to never greet, do not offer help, even when they see that it would be good to inform, for example, that 01.05 is equated to weekends and breakfast is from 8.00, not from 7.00 (there are no announcements about this either). The breakfasts themselves are the most economical of all the hotel breakfasts that I have tried. The hotel is in the lead here. Room extension - a separate entertainment - for 2 hours = the cost of half a day's stay. This is also the first time I've seen this. This is usually free of charge, subject to availability (there is no reservation for that day) - in order for a good review to be left and guests to want to return here, this is a service that in fact costs nothing to the hotel. There was one hotel in Spain where there was an hourly fee for an extension, but it looked more like an exception. There is a tiny difference in everything. It's like we need to grab more now, and then it doesn't matter what happens. I'm definitely not coming back here anymore.

We stayed in Minsk for 4 days at this hotel! We are thrilled! The hotel is 5 years old, so we were told. We had a studio room! Big, cozy and the cleanliness is perfect! The room faced the courtyard, so there was no noise! The sound insulation is excellent! They didn't take breakfast. Therefore, I can't say anything about them. We had plates, glasses, knives and forks in our room. Kettle and tea accessories (tea, cafe), 2 bottles of water. The room was cleaned every day! Pervomaiskaya metro station is 7 minutes away! There is a beautiful promenade in front of the hotel! The girls at the reception are very helpful. In our rubles, it turned out to be about 7,500 per day. But it was worth it. I recommend this hotel to everyone! And in general Minsk is an amazing city!

Good location, cool youth street with bars within walking distance, metro is close. I also liked the interior of the hotel.
Of the cons: very poor sound insulation on the 3rd floor (even with a view of the courtyard!), lying on the bed, the headboard moves so that it seems as if the earth is moving off its axis (especially when the neighbors just close the door). You can hear absolutely everything that the neighboring rooms are talking about! Spoiled the impression of the hotel.
I wanted to get some sleep after the trip, but I couldn't.
Paid accessories, which are free even in the simplest hotels. At this cost, it's a bit strange for me. Is it possible to add the simplest set of dental supplies?!
The price - quality discrepancy within the RB framework. We have been to simpler hotels, so there is something to compare it with.

One single, but quite serious minus for someone, there is a biker hangout nearby, they rattle there all night, every day. Be sure to ask for a room with windows to the courtyard, then you will not hear, otherwise you will have a sleepless night.

We stayed at the hotel from November 03 to November 05, 2022. I really liked the hotel. It is located in an interesting, modern place. Nearby is Kastrychinskaya street, where there are a lot of places where you can have a delicious lunch and have a good time in the evening.
The rooms at the hotel are clean, modern, and not shabby. The room has a kettle and tea, water, + bar refrigerator. There are several towels, shower gel and hats in the bathroom.There is also a cooler on the floors.
The reception staff is helpful. Thanks to the girls, they extended our room without any problems, since we had a night train. There is a buffet breakfast in the lobby, which is not bad.
The center is not far away.
