Nice hotel. Small. There are 33 rooms in total. Very cozy, clean. 3 minutes walk from the main road. But peace and quiet. There are many restaurants, cafes, metro nearby The owner George is very friendly, always ready to help. On the ground floor there is a wine cellar with a very beautiful design. There are tastings every day. Very nice women Inga and Nino work at the breakfasts. Inga is a real Georgian hospitality-friendly, attentive, makes excellent coffee and bakes super delicious cupcakes. I will definitely come back again.

Nice hotel, 5-7 min walk from the metro. The rooms are cozy. There is everything you need except a teapot (tea set). Cleaning every day, water is also replenished every day. Gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and paste are available, there are also bathrobes and slippers. There is a refrigerator and a safe. The only remark is that the rooms are a little dark, and the design is for an amateur)). Friendly manager, lovely girls serve breakfast. For breakfast, omelette, porridge, eggs, sausages, cheeses, juice, tea, coffee, etc. Everything is fresh and delicious. There is a wine cellar on the ground floor, wine tasting is free..... It's a good place.Not in the center, but close to metro and bus routes.There are good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is on a solid 3+. The breakfast is not varied and rustic, but you will not stay hungry.The administrators are not very efficient, but overall the impression is pleasant.There is a highlight:a chic tasting room and alcohol from the owner's winery are free in the evenings.The attitude is friendly.The owner and most of the staff speak Russian.
