Either on Sunday, August 1, the stars did not converge, or the staff was tired.
We ordered a pince. They brought it in 15 minutes. Hot, everything is great. While they were trying it on, the waiter returned a minute later with the phrase "this is not yours, sorry." So this is exactly what pinsa is ordered from us (Strachatella and tomatoes). "Well, yes, you have this one, but it's not for you." He takes it and leaves. As a result, ours was brought in another 10-15 minutes.
But. For some reason, the dough is cold. Why and how is a mystery.
Maybe it just so happened, and it wasn't our day. However, the behavior of the staff was very surprising.

The food is normal, the service and the attitude towards the guests are terrible.
After making an order, they immediately asked for a glass of water for drinks - the waiter refused, citing the administration's prohibition to serve non-bottled water on weekends. Although a couple of days before, at the same request, they brought as much as a whole decanter… Many standard items were missing from the bar menu: the waiter's excuse - everyone drank during the weekdays.
As a result, from the first minutes of visiting this institution: a spoiled mood and a desire to get out of here as soon as possible. And of course, you don't set foot here anymore: not for lunch, not on a date, not with company.
The owners of this institution, because of such "administrators" you lose regular customers and revenue! Pay attention to this!

There is cheap uncomfortable furniture on the summer terrace, which does not correlate in any way with the prices on the menu. The service is weak, the waiters mumble something under their breath. The Margarita pince has the wrong sauce, it is too thick and sweet, there should be a natural tomato sourness, not tomato paste with sugar. We put a little mozzarella cheese. The dough did not seem porous enough. Pinsa chicken suvide is generally something strange, similar to a salad with a bun.
