A great hotel, maybe the best in terms of comfort, convenient location and quality from those where we lived in Thai, and we traveled half the country, from Bangkok to Phangan.
It is located on Tapraya Street; if you leave the hotel, walk 150 m and do not cross the road, you can catch a minibus and for 10 baht get almost to Walking street and to Bali Hai Pier, from where ferries go to Koh Lan, to the beaches. However, on foot there is a maximum of half an hour's walk. The minibus goes along Tapraya and further along the entire Second Street, you can easily reach large shopping centers, fruit and clothing markets.
There were five residential floors (with an elevator), we lived on the fifth, and from the balcony there was a good view of the city, in the gap between the houses there was even a piece of the sea.
The hotel has a clean small but deep pool on one side. He worked around the clock, it was possible to swim even at night. There is a small area with sun loungers near the pool, and several sun loungers are located a little further away, in the garden. Relax music is playing softly.
Bathing towels are at the reception: in the morning you take clean ones, in the evening you throw wet ones into the basket right there. You can take it to the beach with you.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, three types of sausage / ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, salad leaf, chicken every day with what: vegetables, rice, etc. Citrus jam, watermelons. Tea and coffee are available around the clock. Basically, if you oversleep breakfast, there's Tops daily and 7-Eleven across the street.
Very friendly staff, always ready to help. There is an electronic scale at the reception, you can weigh your luggage for free.
There is no closet in the room, only a bracket to hang "hangers", if you have a lot of clothes with you, it is better to take "hangers" with you from home, only 4-5 pieces are available. There is a small refrigerator, hair dryer, TV. We don't know what channels there are, we haven't used them. Air conditioning, of course. We had a large double bed. The balcony has 2 chairs on it: you hang a bathing suit on them, and it dries overnight. A window at the head of the bed and a full-length balcony window. There is an electronic lock with a key card in the door.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed daily to clean and pleasantly smelling ones. They also put a new half-liter glass bottle of water per person every day. Pour it into plastic and leave the empty glass in the room, they will change it to full.
Next time we go to Pattaya, we'll probably stop right there. 👍👍👍
Great hotel! Attentive staff and friendly host. The room is clean and cleaned every day. The saltwater pool is clean and the area around the pool and the garden are well maintained. It feels like everything is done with love. Good location in an alley among private villas and within walking distance to the tuk-tuk to the center. The view from the window is stunning over the city and the hill.
Thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff for our comfortable stay
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, friendly host. I was in Pattaya for the first time, I liked everything, convenient location, 30 minutes walk to the pier, to Kozibich beach and to the beach street,to Jomtien 5 minutes by tuke. The deposit was not taken.
A small modest hotel in the city center. Equidistant from everything interesting, including the beach. Among the advantages are silence, lack of illumination and music, and the proximity of songteo. The rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, drinking water is free. The breakfasts are very modest and always monotonous, but not meager. Of the fruits, only watermelon. The safe is free of charge with a deposit of $ 100. There is a swimming pool and a small garden with sun beds. The biggest disadvantage is that the air conditioning was running in the room and the owners did not even try to do anything. I had to substitute a bucket and the drops made it very difficult to sleep. The hotel is for those who came on excursions, and not to sit in the room. The staff and the host are very friendly and good-natured
My wife and I had a rest from December 14 to December 28, 2024. We arrived at 06.00 in the morning, a friendly girl met us at the reception, we asked to be checked in earlier for an additional fee, but they refused us, they said that the rooms were occupied. We went for a walk and arrived 2 hours later. The owner of this hotel met us. We said that we were very tired from the road and asked to check in earlier, he, in turn, went to meet us and checked in at 08.30 and did not charge us any extra money. From that moment on, we realized that we had not made a mistake with the choice. The hotel is simple, but everything you need is there. This is our third time in Pattaya, and in principle, the hotels are all similar. The most important choice is accessibility to Bali Hai Pier, from where ferries depart to Koh Lan Island, the distance is about 1.2 km, 20 minutes on foot, sometimes a Bolt taxi cost about 60 baht, you can take a tuk tuk for 10 baht to drive part of the way and walk a little. Another plus is the location, which means that there is a place nearby where you can give clothes for washing and drying, the cost is 100 baht and 5 baht for powder, I gave it back and after a time that was convenient to pick it up, for example, they gave it in the morning, went to the island, arrived in the evening, the clothes are neatly folded in a bag, the landmark is where they are, turn right and walk 250 meters and you will see a lot of washing machines. If you go further, you will see the EX24 pro exchanger. In this exchanger, the dollar exchange rate is slightly lower than in the TTK, but they can profitably exchange rubles for baht by transfer to a card. Russian Russian Exchange If you walk down the street a little further, through the intersection and turn right, you will see Russkaya Street and the TTK exchange office. There is everything for Russian tourists on this street. Fruit shake for 20 baht, there is no cheaper anywhere. Also, if you go down, you can see a good massage parlor, located on the right side in the direction of movement, the landmark of the fish. Also, when you go down, you will see a market with groceries and things and souvenirs. And the biggest plus of this hotel is that there are no Hindus here. All the hotels in Pattaya are now teeming with Hindus. As an example, we lived in Caesar hotels in 2016, and when choosing a tour, we were told that Indians were booking there.
This hotel is suitable for those who are only going to spend the night there
Clean, cozy, no closets, balconies start from the fourth floor
Nearby is 7/11, local cuisine, fruit and vegetable and clothing markets are relatively not far away
Local SIM cards are cheap, with normal internet connection
It is better to go to the island for swimming
A great hotel for its 3*. The room is clean, cleaned daily, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is monotonous, but we are not picky. We walk to the pier and to Jomtien. Who doesn't like to walk 20 batts on a tuk tuk. Safe at the reception (not used). Next to the laundry room, the laundry cost 60 baht (washed in the one to the right of the hotel). Towels for the beach and pool can be obtained at the reception. There is no closet in the room, but there are hangers and a railing for light things. There is shampoo, shower gel, soap. We have a room on the 5th floor with a balcony, no mosquitoes, no cockroaches either)))). Quietly. We recommend it!
Excellent staff, cleaning tripled, money was not lost. Very good location. In tuktuk, the beach is relatively clean and the center is not far away. Quiet and peaceful. You can swim in the pool even in the evening. I liked everything. It is ideal for those who are not picky. I am happy with the choice. Nearby there is both a meal and a 7eleven.
The hotel is located on a hill, a little away from the noisy streets, very quiet and peaceful around.
The pier and Volken Street are 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a tuk-tuk and get there in 2 minutes. The location of the hotel is good.) The rooms are clean, linen and towels are fresh. The conder works powerfully and does not make noise. Breakfast is a big minus. There is no buffet, they give one ready-made dish and that's it! No fruit, no vegetables, no juice, etc. Lunch boxes in the morning, if you are eating somewhere-it's two sandwiches with some kind of pate and a bottle of water ((( The staff is friendly.
So-so hotel, very budget. They make sure that breakfast is completely eaten. They follow tourists around. There is no breakfast at all, one watermelon is made of fruits, there is no sweet at all.Only the sausages are cold..There is no choice at all about coffee and tea.In general, it sucks completely
A great quiet and peaceful hotel, the staff is friendly, the owner of the hotel always greets you in the morning for breakfast.

There are 2 cleanings in 6 nights. In general, it's not bad, but know that if you screw up, they rarely clean, with cleaning they will add soap and soap, toilet paper, and replace a towel. They will look for what to fine you for. But, but I'll tell you this, we mostly just slept in the room. We spent only one full day at the hotel, communicating with the residents. They are mostly Russian speakers, even from Kazakhstan. In fact, the hotel has its own three stars. (I understand that the MES does not connect the same, but. But you can't expect more from this hotel) norms. Okay, Norm. It's not that bad. The basin is always clean. Swim at least until nightfall, smoke (in Thailand this is a problem) at the pool, there are ashtrays, the owner knows 30 percent Russian. The receptionist will surprise you, but if you don't care, then there are zero questions and complaints. In general, it will do for living
Great hotel. Clear. The room is cleaned every day. Two bottles of water a day. The breakfasts are monotonous, but satisfying. You can walk to the beach and the pier or take a tuk tuk. I recommend.
Convenient location, you can go in any direction, the hotel is ideal for those who want to spend the night , we needed it , there is a small but clean pool 👍🏼
Nice hotel. The main thing is that it is located in a quiet location. It's quiet and peaceful there at night. The hotel is inexpensive, but the rooms are clean and tidy. There is a garden and a swimming pool on site. Rooms without a balcony look a little depressing due to the dark tones of the walls (purely my vision). I will definitely stay there again
We were in September 2023. We chose this hotel. We didn't regret it, maybe there was nothing to compare it with, this is our first tour abroad. The overall impression of the hotel is excellent! Yes, 3*, not a new renovation, but everything is clean, both in the rooms and in the hotel itself and on the territory (it is very small). The rooms are cleaned every day, the floors are washed, regardless of whether they left a tip or not. White clean, spotless, delicious-smelling bed linen and white towels (2 bath and 2 small), small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and 2 bottles of water were replenished every day, there is no tea and coffee in the room, but there is a kettle. There is a small pool on the territory, but it was enough, during our stay, I did not see more than one couple in the pool, there are sun beds by the pool, as well as behind the pool in the garden.
The breakfasts were also quite delicious, there was no abundance, no choice - what they brought. Such as scrambled eggs, sausage, sausages, toast with jam, tea, coffee (instant), for a fee you can buy coffee from the coffee machine. The rooms, I believe, are all the same, we were first settled without a balcony, but at the request we were moved to the same room, but with a balcony without extra charge. We came to the room only to sleep, well, and rested in the pool a couple of times. In general, we were almost not at the hotel. The small staff is all very friendly. There were no situations with theft, as I read in the previous review. They left valuables in a suitcase under a combination lock.
Very convenient location, to Volkin Street, pier, beach, to Pratamnak night market in 10-15 minutes on foot
If you are not very picky, then there are solid advantages. Friendly staff, try to diversify breakfasts, many interesting places can be visited just by walking, to the pier from where the ferries to Koh Chang are walking in 15 minutes.
A small hotel in a quiet area, off the road. The staff is friendly, smiling, and responds to all questions. The breakfasts are simple, but delicious.

This is not just a modest hotel, it is dilapidated and dirty, see the photo. And only alcoholics living in a dorm can like it, but certainly not residents of new residential complexes in our beautiful, clean and well-maintained Russia. Shame on the tour operator, who will settle tourists here and does not respond to complaints in any way.
In general, the whole of Thailand is a huge dirty smelly market, both on the islands and in Pattaya. It is only interesting to go on excursions, especially to Cambodia, Bangkok and the park with waterfalls. You can swim only not in tourist villages.
A nice, small hotel. The staff is friendly, the deposit was not taken. They were settled and evicted without any problems. Breakfast is an illusion, do not rely on it - fried eggs sausage and bread)))
But a VERY convenient location, close to the center, Volkin Street, pier. And not by the road, i.e. it's not noisy there. Cleaned every day!
The hotel is normally located in the center, but in a quiet place there was a small pool, there were few people at first they settled on the 1st floor, but it smelled like a sewer, they moved to the 2nd floor there everything was normal
The hotel is nice, but with oddities. There are no closets for things, there are hangers, but there is no closet… It's a long way to the sea. Good breakfasts, superficial cleaning, but daily
It will go for an overnight stay, it's not far to get to the center by Songteo or taxi. Do not take breakfast there when and for nothing. For 10 nights every morning fried egg and 2 soy sausages.
The place is cool. Those who have been to Thailand know about the smell. Sewerage and stormwater drainage are one system. This hotel is away from this trouble. Although it's a bit far from the pier and Volkin Street, 20-25 minutes on foot, but it doesn't stink. A very cozy place. The hotel itself is modern, there is a small swimming pool. The staff is polite and courteous. For 3 stars, everything is gorgeous.

A normal hotel, small rooms, the center is nearby, everything is within walking distance, quiet and the forest is nearby. For someone who is not going to stay in a hotel for days at a time.
A very dirty hotel! Stained doors, terribly dirty Windows, floors in the rooms, in my opinion, do not wash at all when cleaning!
Soap is added only with constant reminder!
It's a little far from the center, 20 minutes on foot, it's generally a little hard in the heat.
Poor cleaning quality, high deterioration of rooms and equipment, and most importantly!!! Theft of money and valuables from the rooms by the hotel staff.
In general, the hotel itself is not bad, but the cleaning in it ..... The elevator is stained, in the rooms: dust, cobwebs, sealant in mold at the sink, the corners are gnawed at the curbstone.
