I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wolt. I placed a prepaid order and expected it to be delivered to my door — as clearly stated in the service description. However, the courier refused to come upstairs, even though the entrance and elevator were open and accessible. He told me in advance that he wouldn’t come up, with no valid reason.
As a result, I received nothing. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back, and no one will return the time I wasted.
Customer support was completely unhelpful — they offered no real solution or compensation, just a standard response about the refund process. I, as the customer, am left without my order and without the ability to place a new one until my money is returned.
I do not recommend using this delivery service.

I saw an advertisement that WOLT has a collaboration with Credo on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and gives 50% back in Wolt points. Obviously I used this collaboration and when I saw that I didn’t get any points I wrote to customer service.
The costumer service told me that this collaboration was not for Tbilisi and that I had to LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF MAIN ATTRACTIONS ON AD to understand which city I can use it.
Later, when they didn’t have anything to answer they told be that costumer service is for those who want to deal with orders and not my own mistakes.
I was not provided with any conditions of the offer. There were no details on the ad in Instagram, nothing
