A good hotel for its price (about 1k rubles per day was at least). But the animals look into the rooms (cockroaches, gikonchiki). Breakfast is quite good. The beach is 10 minutes away. They clean up tolerably well.
There is a cozy hotel nearby, it is a little more expensive, but super fresh, recently built. The service is cooler, but there are no breakfasts and balconies (for smokers on the top floor there is a balcony)

The hotel is located 7-10 minutes walk to the sea) The rooms are ordinary, they have everything you need: TV, refrigerator, safe, beds, but most importantly - there are huge balconies where there are armchairs and a table! The rooms were cleaned every day, which is also important!!! The food is varied - for every taste! The pool is super for both adults and children.

A large swimming pool, a good location, a large decent area, breakfasts are not enthusiastic, but quite decent - clean, tasty and as much as you want to always have everything. The rooms on the first floor suck! There is a garbage dump under the windows (and this is not an allegory), laundry windows are outside, curtains have to be hung, but they are dirty, dusty, in the trays, they asked to change, promise and do nothing. We bought a ticket with the condition of settling not on the first floor, they just settled there. Individual managers, Thais, pretend that they do not understand, a separate guide from a tour operator does not want to do anything. The issue was resolved through Moscow. It turns out there are decent rooms, but three days are lost. It is convenient that in the cafe you can eat medium-quality food at average prices. Gym is one name. WiFi is only available at the reception and around the pool. An electric car runs to the sea every two hours. Summary - next time I will go there only if there are free prices, I feel sorry for the money.

Once upon a time it was a good place. but time does not spare anyone , the building requires cosmetics . the pool is in an upset state. but everything is in the immediate access , all shopping centers are nearby . cafes are not bad German quarter Russian quarter. norms for a C grade .

Building C feels like it hasn't been cleaned since the restoration of the hotel.The view from the balcony to the abandoned building, the balcony itself is dirty and huge, there is no table or chairs, they asked to bring it, they said there was no more) they changed the room.Room cleaning for 2, breakfasts of the same type, for 3, in general, the hotel is for 3, and the area is not very good.It is better to choose a hotel in Jomtien.

The hotel has deteriorated. I was in it 10, 7 and 5 years ago. It's only getting worse and dirtier. It is clear that the territory and the pool are being monitored, everything is OK here. But they are sooooo tired and dirty with noisy air conditioners on the balconies.

I lived there for a month..thank God not in a hotel, I rented an apartment separately. But there's a communal pool..VERY dirty..especially the lower one. There are not enough sun beds, they are wooden, manufactured in 1812..everything is crumbling and falling apart, ants live comfortably in them. The territory is small.. It seems to be being cleaned..but the srach is still noticeable. I don't know..It's kind of mystical. Plus, it's in a good location. Would you go again? No.. Disappointed.

The hotel is for 3! the rooms are huge but not cozy, the furniture is shabby! it requires at least some repairs!! They clean up like everywhere else in TAE, they don't clean the balcony at all, I lived in room 2705, so the birds on the balcony are constantly shitting, but no one cleans! The breakfasts are not bad!! Delicious! You can fry delicious pancakes!
