My favorite condo. Great location: near the sea, a busy street and transport, markets, shops, shopping center Terminal, clean beach - all this is great, but the hotel is aging and dilapidated:(the water purification system in the pool needs to be repaired, the sun beds need to be changed (they are falling apart), you can swim until 20:00, after 18:00 it is forbidden to make noise and have fun for children. After the rain, it floods the parking lots.

The hotel is old, the rooms are dirty, insects are often found in them, the pastel linen is quite clean, but buy new old towels, they don't always bring paper), they give shower gel, and small bottles of water. The air conditioner is noisy, but it cools, and the closet smells like mothballs. Coupons are provided for breakfast. The breakfast itself is edible but monotonous. The pool is dirty and there are toads in it that scream all night). The yard is beautiful and green, that's not to take it away. I personally liked the location, it's quiet, but at the same time it's in the city center and there's a relatively clean beach nearby, although it's better not to go there in the rain. In general, the beaches in Pattaya have a promenade character, they only walk and do not swim. Those who want a beach holiday should settle down at the pier and take a ferry to Koh Lan Island. There is also a good military beach, but it is far away and there are many Chinese Indians there. There is delicious coffee with Russian food near the hotel, it's expensive, of course, but very tasty), you can walk to Terminal 21 where you can eat and buy something. But it's better to eat delicious and inexpensive food in the bazaars. In general, the hotel is passable, especially since it is the cheapest of all, you need to understand this) Have a good rest!

The hotel is 3 stars, corresponds to the stated rating. North of Pattaya, it's a long way to the sea. In general, of course, repairs would not hurt, but the de luxe room is not bad, large, comfortable beds, cleaning every day, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The breakfasts are varied. Nice, large pool, clean, plenty of sun beds. The territory is small, but "green". Overall, it's not bad.
