A wonderful hotel. Cozy, quiet, in a quiet alley, 5 minutes to the Terminal 21 shopping center and the same distance to the sea. The food is impeccable! The breakfasts are amazing, everything is beautiful, you walk through a well-kept territory with flower beds and tall trees. Own a swimming pool. Very attentive staff, friendly, helpful. Room service several times a day. We had a vacation in 2023 and 2024.

Great hotel. There is a pond along the entire length of the hotel with fish, which everyone eats, especially bread, which is "included" in breakfast. There is also a small pen with birds. A great pool with a bar, the prices in which are higher than in the store across the street. The room is large, 72 sq.m., a bedroom, a TV room (there are cable channels in Russian), a large kitchen area and a huge bathroom.

The hotel justified our choice. Convenient location. Near Terminal 21, tuki for all directions. Vongamat Beach is 15 minutes away. A large, green area. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. This is not a high-rise building, but a complex of 2-3-storey cottages. If we have a chance to visit Pattaya, we will choose this hotel.

A great hotel to stay in! Just like in a fairy forest.
Convenient location of the hotel: a huge number of cafes, fruit sellers, shops (7/11 and a supermarket on the corner near the dolphins), excursions with a Russian-speaking seller; tuk-tuk a couple of minutes from the hotel. Unfortunately, the beach is not very good, but you can walk a few blocks and get to a clean beach with a clean sea, with Russian-speaking vacationers.
The hotel rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed and the bed is also fixed daily. There are no animals in the rooms, but it is still necessary to close the large glass doors at night, because there are mosquitoes.
Kettle, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator in the rooms. Dryer on the balcony (you can hang 4 children's T-shirts at the same time).
The food is varied, we always overeated, because we wanted to try everything.
The staff is very friendly.
If we go to Pattaya again, we will definitely come here! ❤️

I recommend.
We stayed at this hotel 2 times. Large green area with 3 swimming pools. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Daily change of bedding. Food for a variety of tastes (a decent buffet): eggs in any form, meat and fish dishes, soups, salads, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, pastries... The staff is very friendly. The sea is within walking distance. All the necessary infrastructure is nearby, I especially recommend visiting the ly ferma restaurant.

If it hadn't happened to us, I would have thought an unreliable review.
Yesterday we stopped at the hotel room 324 in the third "renovated" building.
They began to swim, the water was not heated. I understand it's warm in Tae, but it's not comme il faut to wash with cold water. We realized that water does not flow from the hot tap at all. The reception was called.they repaired it for about an hour, and in the pipes in the corridor. In the evening, the light in the room was not on, the light card was not triggered the first time. The door to the balcony does not close, then the lock does not open. A technician was called in to repair it. For the first time in the hotel, we spend half a day communicating with the repairmen.
But the apocalypse was that at 2 a.m. a painting that hung over the bed fell on my head. As it turned out, she was hanging on 2 studs, which are barely visible. The room is dark, the light doesn't turn on, we start yelling, because it felt like the end of the world or that the ceiling was collapsing.
We went to the reception at night with a complaint, and in response, sorry madam and that's it.
We took down all the paintings just in case.
Conclusion: in Tae, repairs are also done without competent specialists.
Conclusion: although they tried to repair the room stock, they did not succeed very much. When checking in, immediately check the performance of everything.
The food is good. There is always a place by the pool.
But I really want to move out of here. It's not a vacation when you have a bump on your head and you're constantly asking for something to be repaired.

Excellent hotel in the north of Pattaya, lovely and friendly staff, cozy and green area. Excellent and varied breakfasts, everything is delicious and a large selection. There is a cafe with various desserts at the exit of the hotel. Of the disadvantages, I will note the smell of sewage in the room. I am planning my next trip and I am ready to return to this hotel.

If you are looking for privacy in a bustling city, this hotel is for you. Firstly, the room stock is designed for 300 people. The territory of the hotel allows you to accommodate everyone so as to minimally collide with each other. And that's a plus. Secondly, the main contingent of vacationers are retired foreigners, so there won't be much problems with noisy neighbors. Third, there is not much anyone in the pool during the day, vacationers either go somewhere or in the rooms. The peak load is after 8 a.m., when everyone is at breakfast. You can trace everyone who has left, who has stopped by-so there is nothing to do. Then everything is according to the daily routine. Food- I say yes. Quite a decent level, but with an emphasis on local cuisine. After a week, I don't want to eat it either. I consider the presence of Europeans to be the second indirect indicator-they definitely choose a decent level of food and service. The fifth advantage is the convenience of the location. The center is logistical, it's not far to get everywhere from here and there is a huge shopping center nearby"Terminal 21". There you can eat cheap and tasty food and find things for shopping.

A wonderful green island in the bustling Pattaya area. There are many restaurants, shops and massage parlors nearby. Tuk tuk stops next to the hotel. You can go to any area of the city. The Terminal 21 shopping center is within walking distance. On the 3rd floor there is a food court with many cafes for every taste. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The linen is changed every day. Breakfasts are on top.
