1. You have to work in the basement and have no access to windows in the major coworking space
2. Working spaces have no any greenery and plants. The light is white like in a polyclinic
3. Bus is 15min late
4. They say there is breakfast included, but it’s just some muesli and milk in a fridge with cookies. To eat normal food you have to pay additionally
5. No parks or squares around. Just concrete and a couple of small trees
6. It’s built at the forest, but there is a highway below the windows and you always hear the noise of the cars
7. Ventilation system is noisy and gives discomfort while working
8. Stuff are sweet and polite
9. Bathrooms don’t even have warm water
10. Good and cheap canteen
11. Good library

I love this place, here I can focus on my work with no noise, here are a lot of good cafes with delicious food and coffee, gym, park, free breakfast, transport, baby center.
There is also ardy academy in the same building and that’s giving me an opportunity to study and work at the same time… That is really amazing, I met lots of wonderful people: Professionals, startupers, freelancers and etc. Atmosphere here is amazing and it’s the only place in whole Yerevan to get so much things in one single place

Woods Center in Armenia is a fantastic co-working space with a great atmosphere and top-notch facilities. The internet is fast, the workstations are comfortable, and the meeting rooms are well-equipped. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, making it a pleasure to work here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a productive and inspiring environment!
