I have been studying in this gym since May 2023. I issued an annual abnegation six months ago. I paid 200 thousand tenge of prepayment. Recently, an employee was rude to me – she kicked and pushed the jump box I had prepared by a few meters away. I covered the box with a rug and placed it near the Swedish wall. I stood nearby and prepared to start the exercise. She also told me in an irritated tone that she needed to vacuum. I wrote about this prank to the gym bosses on Instagram. They replied with a purely bureaucratic reply. No one even apologized. After 2 days, when the contract was terminated, 28 thousand tenge was deducted from me. Bottom line: I was bullied and I was also fined for it.

I've been going to this gym since 2018. After the renovation, the place has been transformed for the better. Two floors with a separate cardio area and the gym itself, which has EVERYTHING + a sauna.
