This is the second time I have taken a car from this company, this time we went from Antalya to Izmir and back. The car works flawlessly, looks like new (mileage was 40 t km).
The staff is polite, unobtrusive and ready to help around the clock in difficult times. There are no "hidden" expenses, they did not find fault with anything about returning the car. I recommend it!
I rented a renault megane for a day, announced the price of $ 60, agreed on everything, asked where I would go and everything seemed to be transparent. I settled for $ 100 in a bill, but there was no change at the time of the lease, they said they would give it back the next day. Okay, no problem, tomorrow is tomorrow (it was my mistake to trust these guys so much).
Yesterday I came to give the car back, and they begin to declare to me that I have exceeded the mileage limit, although there was no question of limits on their part at all.
"How much do we owe you there? 40$? Let's subtract it now!"
That's what one of the employees told me.
In general, they deducted $ 20 from me, I tried to argue with them that they did not warn me about the limit, and that it was not fair and decent to do so. Uselessly.
In general, they threw $ 20, like a trifle, but unpleasant. I was going to borrow a car from them this week and maybe in the future, but now I don't set foot here.
Think a few times before coming here.
