Huge fitness with a long history. Something old, something (rarely) fresh. The pool is good - 3 tracks of 25 m each. A large area with iron to swing, there are halls for group programs. It's cool that there are 3 types of saunas in the shower room and in the pool area (Finnish, hammam, infrared). There is a cafe-bar, you can refresh yourself after training in the morning. 4 points for a refund, fitness is rarely and slowly updated. Towels and bathrobes are old, I washed for a long time in showers with rusty shampoo stands (they were updated after 3 years), a lot of faulty exercise bikes and treadmills are often buggy.

The fitness club meets its purpose. It turns out that here, too, you need to look after your things while you were rinsing in the shower after the pool, they took away a swimming cap. I immediately asked the guard to look at the cameras, maybe someone accidentally took it, the guard says come tomorrow the boss only has access to the cameras, and then why is he needed there. It's just not a pity, but it takes time to buy a new hat, and when you work it's not enough. I went to the Sports master at the weekend, but there are no such caps for adults. And now it takes time to find such a hat, like a trifle, but unpleasant. So far, I personally like fitness.

The girls of the rich old men can no longer catch fish here, the fish is too small and only leeches and frogs remain here. Previously, when the capital was just being built, they were number one in the city, and then competition appeared and they were blown away. The pool is small. Good coaches have dispersed where they pay more, although in general there are no real fitness trainers with a diploma in the city, mostly all amateurs who have picked up on the tops. This fitness is now for simple non-pedigreed people. The rocking chair is good. The simulators are comfortable, but at another club they have a memory like in a car for each driver. An old club that has outlived itself both in terms of coolness, coaches, repairs and simulators. The patient is more likely dead than alive.

Fitnation is better than him. A small gym, but there were about 20-23 treadmills, ellipses and bicycles. There are not enough steps, Smith's simulator, a couple more pieces, a great steam room. Convenient parking. I came in, 5 minutes and you're already in the hall. Half of the same treadmills and oceans are covered with ribbons. There is a queue. There are only 3 benches! 2 squats.
