I chose the fitness center as the closest to home.Until you've paid for a year's subscription, they're running around with you and talking politely.As soon as we bought it, everything is treated like a dog.At the reception, on the first visit, they threw a bracelet and immediately said if you lose it, you will pay a fine of 5 thousand.I asked about the locker, the answer was immediately 8 thousand.That's all the information that a young man named Sanjar deigned to tell me.Then I just had to find out where the locker room was.Okay, we found the locker room, then not a single locker opens.As it turned out, lockers are still included in the subscription fee, and you can rent a permanent locker if you wish.I'm trying to open the locker, nothing happened.I had to go to the reception again to beg for a working bracelet.Thank God everything worked out.Then I find out from the coach that towels are paid, water can only be drunk from the faucet, that there are group classes, that there is a special application for club clients, that there is a sauna.I think all these things should be reported on the first visit, because I don't read minds. When asked about the refund and cancellation of the subscription, I was told it was not allowed.That's what it is, “Astana-style service".Harsh and merciless. Pay the money and get away from us. I advise you to think a hundred times before buying a subscription from them.And it's better to choose another fitness center and save your nerves👍

Convenient location, but not enough exercise equipment. In popular times, you either have to wait in line or rebuild the program. Probably they will never put a second set of dumbbells.

Неплохой зал, хотя есть минусы в части атмосферы - нет культуры среди посетителей, сауна в мужском зале огромная, можно было бы поделить и сделать еще хаммам. В части тренерского состава, есть всего парочка которые отзывчивые и помогают. В остальной массе они целыми днями общаются между собой и даже не подсказывают тем кто делает неправильную технику исполнения… В остальном цены на предтренировочные коктейли и остальной спортпит слишком дорогие. Еще бы сделали полотенца большие бесплатными как в Fitnation или lifefitness, ибо смотришь как мужики вытирают маленькими полотеньчиками все тело после душа, аренда полотенца большого стала больше 400 тенге. В целом эти замечания сугубо личного характера не имеющие отношения к общему впечатлению. Из 10 баллов моя оценка только 6, есть куда расти и улучшать сервис. Групповые занятия топ! :)
