So, we bought a pearl necklace, it was long and the seller said that they could shorten it, the procedure and the price of the necklace are paid on the spot, then they are left in the store and will be ready in a week. We paid, but were surprised: the seller said that it would cost 2 rubles to shorten it, since this is a simple procedure, the second necklace was difficult to weave and because of the complexity, the seller said that it would be impossible to shorten it. We asked about the price several times, she replied that yes, 2 rubles. They left it. A week has passed, and the second one has begun. I call to ask what's going on with the necklace, to which I get the answer that it will be delayed because there are difficulties. A few days later, they call me on the WEEKEND and ask the following: do you want it to be simple or do you want the knots to remain?(the question killed) Taken aback by the question, I answer: What does simple mean? I left it for shortening. So I want the same thing as it was, but in short for the agreed number of beads. Then I hear the operator who was talking to me (in a rather rude manner and on "leave me alone") talking to someone in the background, apparently thinking that I can't hear. Then the text of their conversation reads as follows: I will not do it for 2 rubles, say that the repair is difficult, let them pay.
They tell me that the REPAIR is COMPLICATED and will cost 15 rubles. I repeat once again that we did not leave any repairs, we were not notified of any such price. Then there is a trial on whether the "repair" was paid, to which I reply that they call their seller, since they do not believe that we paid for the shortening according to the amount that the seller said. The operator said she would sort it out and call back. The call did not come.
From this situation, it became clear that the necklace had not yet begun to be made, although it was already delayed by half a week.
In total, upon arrival at the store to pick up the necklace, the following happens: the seller began to speak very rudely, just like that operator and the "craftswoman" (then you will understand why in quotation marks), that she refused to do anything against the background, began to prove that we did not pay anything, that the repair costs 15 (from where 15, since we paid 2, dementia? why not 13 then?))). To which, after explaining the situation, we said that at least we were not warned, we would have gone to another master, moreover, no one called back and did not specify whether I would pay for the allegedly difficult "repair. At some point, unable to stand it, I suggest looking at the cameras then, which, surprisingly, the seller does not agree and says that we do not need to pay for repairs.
And the truth. No need. Rather, they needed to pay us extra for such an outrage.
The NECKLACE IS RUINED. Culturally speaking, it was done with the middle finger of the left foot, I have not seen such HORROR for a long time. It is POORLY made, the thread is DIRTY, sometimes gray, sometimes brown, the beads DO NOT HOLD. Those notorious knots that were originally there and for which the difficulty rank has increased to the skies, according to the operator, are poorly made, at different distances, the beads are dangling, one fastening is poorly secured with a thread. Complete TRASH. I'm wondering, what did "it's easy for you" mean? String beads on a string? Thanks, I can do it myself. Although with what I got, I had to do it myself.
Another funny thing: the necklace is paid in full, all the pearls. The seller, giving the necklace, put it in a bag, but put the cut beads on her table. And when we said that, she gave us the BASE: - Will you take it? Well okay.
No, damn, we'll give you pearls for tea)
In general, it's a complete HORROR. From the relationship of the seller, the operator and the would-be master, to the work itself and the relationship after.
You can buy at your own risk, but I STRONGLY advise you not to leave anything there for alteration, otherwise you may face the same horror that happened to me. The necklace does not sit as it should in the end, there are bald spots between the beads, a cut piece is in the photo, not that the beads do not move, they are even difficult to turn, since they are fixed tightly and the thread is white, and not all colors of dirt. A complete nightmare. Count all the beads, take a picture as it was, record it on a dictaphone or they will try to shake off money from you and also accuse you.
It would be 0 stars, I would put -3. I will carry this application for a 5-year-old child to redo.

( оторвалась бирка с названием от браслета, а по оставшейся на нем цене камень не определили), покинули и этот уютный магазинчик. Руководство магазинов, отправьте продавцов на курсы какие-нибудь.
