I chose the nearest point to the house, but they called back, said that it was not available there, there was a Lock in the shopping center. We agreed that I would pick him up at the Castle. As a result, when they came to pick him up, and it was Thursday, the seller said that "the goods have already been sold." A "wonderful" way to pre-order. Also, when the consultant called, she clarified whether the point was open on Saturday, one could guess that most likely it would not be possible to pick it up before Saturday. The vape was supposed to be a gift, in the end I had to take a different color.
I want to add a review after the owner's response. If the reservation, as you say, is valid for two days, then for what reason was the product sold on the reservation? The order was placed on Tuesday afternoon, in the late afternoon, we arrived for it on Thursday evening, too, the goods were no longer available. Accordingly, no reservation for the product is valid.
