Of course, I judge by one consultant employee, but I think many of them are like that. They are taken with enthusiasm, then fade out until they are bothered with calls (if their phone is still on). And so they will make you nervous, think if they are missing and come to their office to make sure everything is in order. And they told me to come to the British Embassy, whereas the embassy itself does not accept people on this issue.
They did not give a visa to Britain, of course it is difficult to get it, but the preparation of documents plays a significant role, and I am not sure that everything was all right with it.

If you don't want to risk your future and waste money. Then I do not recommend you to use their service. They promise a lot of things, but they don't do it. It is better to use other consulting services
