Not a bad hotel. One of the biggest advantages is the location. 10 steps from the entrance to the hotel is the entrance to the subway. And there are a couple of stops and you are in the very center of Milan. There is a good selection of rooms with balconies and terraces. It's a big plus for smokers. The breakfast is continental and monotonous.
It's a nice place, but it's better to have breakfast in the neighboring cafes. It is within walking distance of the Duomo and Monte Napoeone. I put a confident four in terms of price-service-location ratio.
Apart from the location, I didn't like the hotel. Very small rooms, even for Europe and even more so in this price segment. They gave us all one set (water, bathrobe, etc.), although there were two of us. In order to go down to the lobby, it was necessary to attach a card, although this usually only works in order to go up. The worst thing is the SPA... it's just a disaster, first of all there was no water, it just wasn't updated and the cooler was standing without it. That is, it is immediately the absence of tea, etc. There are only 4 chairs in the recreation area, although there were about 10 people inside, what the rest of them should do after the sauna is not really clear. Near the booths themselves, there were no elementary hooks to hang dressing gowns, and it was necessary to go and put them at the other end of the hall, in general, it was a negative experience.
