The availability of goods is also in doubt, everything is on the site, but in fact most of the goods are not available. The service also leaves much to be desired. I made an order on the website-everything was accepted, then they called back a couple of days later and said that nothing was available and it was unknown when it would be.
Deception of the buyer. Scissors are available on the website, I placed an order on the website. No one called for half a day, I called myself. The woman replied that she hadn't received the order yet, and she said it hadn't arrived yet. And my scissors are out of stock, and there are no supplies at all. The status of the same product is still in stock.

I ordered a tool on the site that was listed in stock, and made the mistake of immediately paying with a card. I left the order on Saturday evening. Confirmation of the order in the form of SMS, e-mail or a call from the manager was not received either on Saturday or Sunday, although according to the information on the website they are working these days. On Sunday, I wrote through the feedback form with a request to clarify what is with the order. On Monday, December 12, a little after 13.00, the manager finally called to inform me that the product was out of stock, but they offered me an analogue 2 times more expensive. I refused. She asked when the money would be returned. The manager was surprised, she was not aware that the order had already been paid. We agreed that I would reset my banking details in Viber to refund the money, and she would give everything to the accountant. I sent the details and since then there has been silence. The money was not returned, they do not respond to messages in Viber, although they read them.
Upd. The money was returned. However, after I dialed one of the numbers on the website, apparently the owner of this store. They promised to return the money immediately. I've been monitoring my discharge for two days, but I don't have any money. I wrote to the owner again. He replied that he had dropped the money on the day of our first conversation. The money came in a minute later. No apologies, just lies.
I'm not a fan of giving bad grades. But as for how the site works, it's a nightmare. I waited half a day for feedback. Then I barely got through and it turned out that my order had not been seen and my product was not available at all. The website indicates availability. The order was accepted through the shopping cart without any problems

I ordered a mask for a dog, when placing an order it was indicated that delivery in Minsk is free. In fact, Euromail charged me an additional 7 rubles - although the cost of delivery for legal entities is 4.5. Immediately after receiving the order, she called to clarify what was the matter - they asked me to call back again during business hours, but then reluctantly agreed to fix the call and figure it out. As a result, there was no response, no greetings.
I made an order for 3 positions, waited a day and a half for the manager to call back. But I waited in vain. I called myself, the man said that they have a lot of work and in general they will call you back within 2 hours. They didn't call back. I'm writing on Instagram, they say that the site has been hacked (something new). I ask you to call the manager before sending the order, because I wanted delivery to the door. They said they would send it tomorrow. And again, no one called. But an SMS came that an order had arrived at the post OFFICE. I asked to pick it up, I'm opening it... there was 1 item from the order... I write that this is not the way to work, I asked you to call and clarify my order (if the order consists of 3 parts, then accordingly I expected a full order) and agree on another delivery method. Well, in the end, I finally got a call after the review and was rude and thrown into an emergency. Apparently, it is a normal practice to send an order without clarification, not to take into account the request of customers... Do not mess with this store, your nerves are not worth it
