There are few chain hotels in Bukhara, in my opinion, except for Mercury, this is the only one. The renovation is good, the staff always helps, the breakfast is super. Although we were in January and the pool was not working, this will be a very big plus in the season.

Nice solid 4* hotel in the center of Bukhara.
The hotel is after a recent renovation, breakfast for 4*, service is good. Everything in the room is fresh - not tired. There are alcoholic drinks in the bar. The prices are adequate. I recommend.

Friendly and considerate staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfast. Among the advantages are an outdoor swimming pool, a spa complex and a gym. There is a very nice bar in the lobby - the guys are very polite, they prepare delicious cocktails. The staff speaks Russian, there are no problems with the language.

A wonderful hotel with Russian-speaking staff. Lovely rooms, clean and cozy! There is an ATM in the lobby and you can exchange rubles for Soums, which reduces the time to search for a change of rubles.

Great hotel. Modern, clean.
I lowered my rating because of the view of the construction site from the windows and because of the bad restaurant. The breakfasts are not bad, but don't even think about going to dinner. It's not tasty and it takes a very long time.

A very beautiful modern new hotel. It is located almost in the center of Bukhara. All the sights of old town are within walking distance. Polite Russian-speaking staff. Excellent cuisine at the hotel. SPA, outdoor pool.

Great hotel, great breakfasts. A luxurious spa was included in the price. Only massage needs to be paid separately, as well as a steam room, hammam, cave room, swimming pool, gym, everything was included in the accommodation. The handle of the suitcase was broken at the airport, the administrator helped solve this problem and repaired it completely free of charge!!

I didn't live in the room, but I think the rooms are appropriate.
I was at The Well bar, a very cozy place!
Here it turns out that you can simply order a fragrant coffee and do your business on the computer in peace and quiet. I'll come when I want privacy.🙈Marked for myself for future meetings)

Almost an ideal hotel, I can't even remember the disadvantages. The room, the service, and the breakfasts are great. Except that the ATM in the lobby does not work for withdrawals. Now it is difficult to walk to the old town, there is a construction site on the way, it is better to take a taxi for the next year.

Everything is super in the hotel: rooms, staff, buffet breakfast, service, cleaning, but for some reason there are no bathrobes in the rooms. We were a large group, there were no bathrobes in any room. Everything else is available: a kettle, tea, coffee, in the bathroom all the necessary and not very necessary accessories.
Somehow unexpectedly....

About Everything is bad here. The hotel is unpleasant, soulless. The standard room is only 22 m2, while a countertop is placed along the entire room, hiding the already missing space, very low ceilings, a balcony enters these 22 meters and, thus, only a suitcase can be shoved into the room. The ceilings in the room are low, the interior is very dark, depressive, heavy. Shower without Curtains - all the water spills all over the floor and you walk on towels laid out on the floor in this swamp. The staff is indifferent, does not react to this disappointment. "Oh, you don't like it?! Yes, yes."
And that's it?! Really?!
And when they came for breakfast at 8-20 in the morning, then in general..after a sleepless night due to discomfort.. to find out that it is impossible to sit down at any of the huge number of tables, because there are dirty piles of dishes everywhere.. and none of the staff is even worried.. dried apricots are so smelly with chemicals or rancid due to improper storage! The slicing of Bulgarian pepper is rotten! Melon in the "melon country"- like grass! Now a spa and gym.. we chose the hotel, by the way, because of the presence of an outdoor pool! So, the pool is closed (a week ago!) for repairs! In the gym, the ventilation smells of smoke from smoking. We took breakfast and lunch. Lunch is a choice of 450 thousand soums on the menu, in our case we chose grilled salmon.. what a mistake it was.. I have not eaten such a vile salmon, rancid, apparently over-frozen 10 times, and asparagus to it.. I don't even want to describe it already.. in general: find another hotel. In general, out of the planned 3 nights, we moved right away to a small and bright hotel: both in spirit and in interior.

It's not a very solid 5, but I have confidence that the hotel will improve its performance. We were very disappointed with the pool, the water was muddy and green + they let people in from the street, who make noise and spit into the pool and next to it. Of course, we couldn't use such a pool. Another of the disadvantages: very small rooms. Otherwise, everything is super: good service, a variety of breakfasts, a very good gym, an excellent SPA area (keep in mind that the women's and men's zones are separated, you will not be able to go to the sauna with your husband)

I liked the hotel, the room is cozy, clean, the view from the window to the construction site, but it's not scary. The noise started around seven in the morning, we already woke up. The breakfasts are good. I did not like only the tourist fee of 200,000 sums for 2 days for two, quite a lot, especially since we did not spend the second night, we left at 10 pm (a late check-out was issued)

Beer in the bar for 150 thousand wine from 250 thousand soums per glass, anyway, if you want to get drunk, take it from the store, the hotel does not mind. You can sunbathe by the pool, there were enough sun beds, comfortable mattresses in the room, pillows, brand new linen. I liked it there
