A great hotel, but there are specifics, very spicy food but delicious, if you do not know English it will be very difficult for you. There are few Russians and Russian speakers, and many tourists from India and the African continent. Clean, cleaned every day, if hunting, then 3 times. There is a kettle in the room, but there is no iron, but if you want 3 pieces, a board as a gift. Beautiful surrounding area, near the metro, but you need to make 2 transfers, those who have a bad orientation in the territory, I do not advise, get lost. It's not far to the supermarket, but the assortment is meager, where there are a lot of things far away. There is a restaurant and alcoholic drinks in it, but expensive, there is live music, but not loud, they sing great, but not in Russian. Large rooms and they are renovated, there is a swimming pool on the roof and water in it, the view from the roof to the center of Dubai is amazing. The sea is only 300 meters from the hotel, but you have to cross 8 Lanes. A taxi from the hotel is expensive, catch it around the corner. The reception works well if you want, a great lounge area, delicious cakes in the waiting area. They are escorted off without enthusiasm, as they are greeted. The hotel is great, but as I said, it is very specific. If you are not picky, get used to it this time. I recommend it to everyone, but it won't work for everyone.

The trip was unforgettable. I really liked the hotel, we took it with breakfasts and dinners. Friendly staff, delicious food, luxurious beds, service, rooftop pool. There is a metro nearby, convenience stores, a free bus to the gorgeous beach and Dubai Mall, and a free airport shuttle. I recommend this hotel to everyone, you won't regret it, considering that shopping in Deira is simply magnificent!

An urban-type hotel. There is a metro station, a bus station and a grocery store nearby.. The nearest beach is far away, but there is a free bus from the hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. You won 't really admire the view from the window . There is a bay with cargo ships on one side, and buildings on the other . We took the last room and the 13th floor, where you could see a little bit of the city. On the 14th floor there is a swimming pool for everyone. Breakfast is monotonous, already on the 4th day I wanted something new.

I was with my parents on the 6th floor, the room is beautiful, overlooking the garden, and the hotel itself is located in a small shopping center with a supermarket, so I highly recommend this hotel for walking. Everything is within walking distance.

A great city hotel. I'm lowering the ball for a sooo tight room. It's just microscopic.. the bathtub is the same. Breakfast is not bad, everything is there. You can cool off in the pool. Right in front of the hotel, in the back, there is a liquor store. The area is great, the metro is 15 minutes away slowly. We even walked to the beach (about an hour). It will go for 2-4 days.

Nice hotel, with good food (dinner and breakfast were included). You can evaluate the food yourself from the photos. The disadvantage is that the room got a view of the courtyard where there was a noisy construction site. No view, no silence... But, most likely, this is temporary and we got caught like that. The price is above average.

The location is great, located in a new mini-district and near the metro green line.
Nearby there is a wonderful cafe Katrina (coffee and desserts), where you can drink freshly brewed delicious coffee for 130 rubles.
Regarding the hotel itself, the hotel charges a deposit of 100 dirhams for a beach towel.
It is an inconvenient system, since towels must be handed over every day.
They don't speak Russian at the reception, but that's okay)
Our room had a broken sink and a poorly regulated shower.
But in general, the hotel is worth the money and the stars.
The breakfasts are delicious, a good choice, and there are also "weekly novelties".
Bus to Dubai Mall and the beach 4 times a day.
We cleaned every day, but I can't say that it was perfect.
The toilet set is magnificent, a large number of accessories, as well as a lot of moisturizer.
There is a busy street across the street from the hotel - the gold market.
Between the buildings there are inexpensive outdoor cafeterias (sandwich 260rub, shawarma small 200rub) as well as grocery stores.
We did not regret choosing this particular hotel.

Great hotel. I really liked the location (near the metro), and the polite staff, the rooms are clean, there are no unpleasant and suffocating odors, the air conditioner works properly. Very tasty food (we were at dinner and at breakfast - buffet). The only thing we took was a family room, in which there are 2 rooms: in one a king-size bed, and in the other a sofa - we thought to place the children on it; and it turned out that bed linen had to be additionally requested. It would be great if the linen was already in the room initially, and it would be better if they came in the evening and straightened the sofa for the children.

First of the cons:
We checked into the room at 15:00 an hour later than the scheduled time;
In a room for 4 people, the linen was only for two and was not removed until the evening, despite repeated requests;

The windows don't open at all.
Of the advantages:
There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception;
A nice recreation area with a swimming pool on the 14th floor, which was allowed to be used before check-in.
There is also a business lunch on the 2nd level that costs 85 dirhams per person, but the main dishes are spicy.

An interesting pool on the roof of the hotel, a well-thought-out lounge area, you can chill with pleasure. Good bath accessories and a spacious shower. A well-organized air conditioner. We are very satisfied with the room and the hotel. Minus for the lack of a hood, which leads to stuffiness in the room and for no breakfasts with a very large bias in vegetarian vegetable dishes, the dairy part, including cheese, and meat parts are simply none, not tasty and plastic. The hotel is very close to the metro, and next to it is a cool square with a fountain, the gold market is within walking distance.
