Great city hotel. All rooms have a view of the bay, the views are gorgeous. We took everything inclusive, we never regretted it for 7 days, the kitchen is 5+. The room is large, renovated, the blankets and pillows are wonderful, we slept like children. The staff is excellent, they will always help and advise (we were in the UAE for the first time). There is a free bus from the hotel to Dubai Mall and back, it was very convenient. The beach is a hotel, fenced, towels are given out, Wi-Fi on the beach is good. A bar with drinks, ice cream, no need to run anywhere - lie down and rest. There are a lot of sunbeds, the coast is clean, rescuers are watching everyone. We had a good rest in a good hotel. Only positive impressions remained.

The hotel is simply magnificent! We are resting (right now) with my wife and child of 4 years. We took breakfast, lunch, dinner for food and did not regret it at all!!! Yes, there are some places nearby, but the hotel feeds on a strong 5! Lunch and dinner: there is always seafood, a lot of food. Of the minuses: water is poured by the glass per person, but you can always ask for more)) there is a fish restaurant in the Lobby of the hotel (prices are average), but they cook about exactly the same as in the main place where you eat (there are no lobsters). For people who use: take more to the dutiki, the nearest alcohol market is 1 km away (prices are cheaper than in Dubai, but not for nothing). Beer averages 6 units and sells from 6 pieces, spirits from 2 bottles. The pool on the second floor is always with hot water, which is very strange when the weather is 30+), the beach across the street - there are plenty of sun loungers, the sea is a cannon, sand. It is more profitable to change money not at the hotel, but to walk 20 minutes to the nearest bank. I also advised to buy juices in the nearest store (300m), they are insanely delicious here, especially mango (at a price of 1.5 liters) about 3 cu. There is a Russian-speaking staff, always polite. When cleaning, they constantly give free water. Of the minuses: the proximity of the mosque with prayer on the speakerphone, but I would rather attribute this to the peculiarities of the country as a whole.

We had a rest with my husband from 06. to 04/19/2023. I liked the hotel, cleanliness, cozy room, a lot of space. I especially liked the balcony, which has a beautiful view of the bay. The weather was good, the sea warmed up, we swam with pleasure! True, there has been a storm for the last 4 days, it was a bit upsetting.
I want to mention good nutrition! Both breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and nutritious. We took breakfast and dinner, and that was enough.

The shower has both a regular shower and a tropical one. The beach is across the street in two minutes on foot. But the restaurant is a huge minus! The food is poor and tasteless, there is very little space, you have to wait for the tables to be free. The waiters bring one glass of water or juice - and you don't even have to ask for more.

The best hotel!!!
We rested from January 3 to January 10. We were settled in room 1310 .The view from the balcony is just fire!!! I liked everything about the hotel, the service, the restaurant, the food , the beach , the staff all at the highest level of 5+ . Thank you very much for a great vacation!!! A few tips: A washer in the shower stall is a rope to hang laundry. Adapters are given as much as you ask, soap, gel, shampoo, cream are given, bathrobes if you ask, tea, coffee, water are also given every day. Ask for water , they will give you more . Our meals were breakfast and dinner. Tea and coffee are always given at least for dinner, lunch, breakfast + juices. They are allowed to take fruits with them , they took yoghurts , they also allowed to take a little food with them in paper cups . I personally took shrimp, crab parts, sausages) You can replace lunch with dinner and even reschedule for another day.On the beach where they give out a towel, take the password from the WiFi for the beach. The hotel also has Wi-Fi. On January 4, in the morning, chondrosis was taken from my husband, an injection was urgently needed, my husband refused an ambulance. The manager of Otiv helped us to buy medicine , went with me to the night pharmacy, bought medicine with his own money . Otiv, thank you very much!!! These are the employees!!! Of course, we returned the money, we just had large bills, there was no change in the pharmacy ( I also do not know English from), so he went with me. Also, thanks a lot to Farrukh, Shamil , Russian-speaking employees are very much needed, of course, we are grateful to others, they have always used a translator.Our vacation was very decorated by the guide Said , We took 5 excursions to Said tours , everything was arranged by the price and quality .
