Great hotel! Solid, expensive, good location in the city center. The food is excellent, the restaurant is spacious. A chic conference room with a screen and sound equipment. View of the city from the ninth floor! I recommend this hotel!
This is a great hotel with a convenient location. There is a large hummock complex nearby, a 15-minute walk to the historical center. The hotel has a sauna, hammam, not a deep pool. The breakfasts are delicious, the room cleaning is good. Some rooms have windows to the lobby, be careful when booking.
Excellent living conditions. High level of service. A large selection of dishes for breakfast. Beautiful interior design. Convenient location. Well-trained staff. This is a great merit of the director. Thank you all!
I often and constantly stay here. The location is in the center, but 200 meters from the noisy highway cuts off a lot of noise, good breakfasts, modern European design of the hotel and rooms, good plumbing, gym 24 hours. The view of the city from the rooms is very good!
A very decent hotel! Stayed from 3 to 6 September!
I liked everything. The buffet is great!
The sauna and the pool are also cool!
In general, when visiting Tbilisi, I recommend it!!!
The perfect location near the hotel, nice fresh rooms. One disadvantage: standard rooms have Windows facing the inside of the hotel, you can't get a breath of fresh air)) and an old pool, but otherwise the service is super, thanks.
The lobby is simply amazing. Very large room, cozy. And most importantly, the bathroom, it is gigantic, towels and a bed are always updated. There is a hair dryer, an ironing board with an iron. In general, it's just super, I don't want to leave the room.
We rested in this hotel from 09/25/2012 room 7006 .
Great rooms, delicious breakfasts, but something is wrong with the staff. On the very first day, $500 was stolen from a purse in a suitcase, to my complaints, the security manager replied that he had watched the video all day and no one had entered the room except the maid, who was not alone... The dollars evaporated, leaving the Russian 50p in the wallet. I was very sad and let go. I checked my wallet daily in the hope of a wonderful return of money, but only 50 rubles were waiting for me. On the eve of departure, I no longer checked my purse (all the cash was in my purse) and what I see upon arrival home... An empty purse, 50p is gone!!!!! All the cards (bank, discount) are piled in one pile!!!!!
The hotel administration - thieves are working for you!!!

Russian speakers are not welcome here!
The hotel is called windHam and fully justifies its name. I've been to 25 countries, but since no one has ever been rude to me in this hotel. Conflict with the staff of the hotel (Spa, next to the gym) a bald man with a tattoo on his neck and a woman pretending (at first) that he did not understand the Russian language almost resulted in a fight.
What happened:
1. The bald man addressed me exclusively on you and in a rude way (which is quite funny considering his manner).
2. A bald man called me a Russian occupier just because I spoke Russian.
3. The bald man said to me, "Thank you for letting you into the hotel. You and other Russians should thank us Georgians for this."
He said this to a guest of a 5-star hotel who came to Georgia for 5 days.
He refused to introduce himself
4. The woman who was nearby and constantly chatted with the bald man (and did not do her job), pretended that she did not understand Russian. But then she cursed me beautifully in Pushkin's language. She said that we Russians all came here and should thank her Georgians for accepting us (I remind you that she told this to a guest of a 5-star hotel)
She refused to introduce herself.
4. I asked the security to call the senior manager. The manager was gone for a long time, but then an employee came who introduced herself as Magda. I asked Magda to tell me the bald man's name, she said his name was Zaza.
5. I explained the situation to Magda and asked for a refund for the hotel, so it was the beginning of the day (considering that I waited for her for about an hour, it was about 17 hours).
After such an attitude, I just left the hotel. The money was not returned to me.
The next morning, I left Georgia ahead of time.
I ask the hotel management to contact me and return the money to my card.
