A travel agent checked us into this hotel, as he issued us departure tickets a day earlier, and informed us that we had to fly a day later. It feels like a budget hotel, breakfast is just a nightmare... There is no choice... The maintenance staff looked into their mouths, as if they would not eat any more... We sat and chewed without any appetite to starve the worm... The furniture is shabby, it doesn't breathe fresh... I do not recommend it!
A great hotel for your money. The rooms are decent, although the furniture is no longer new. The food for breakfast and dinner is decent, there are not so many dishes, but everything is edible. The breakfast menu is much more varied. You can always find an empty table. The metro is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Geographically located in the old town, but there are also advantages - affordable shops and a hardware market!
The hotel is old, and "tired" of visitors, small. Food is two cafes. One with Asian cuisine, the second mixed European-Asian. We were in a pandemic, perhaps now the food is more diverse.
From the pros: the metro is a 2-minute walk away, near the "Golden Market", opposite the grocery store and many different small ones, on the roof there are two small pools, one heated. And the cost of living.
From the cons: far from the central attractions (Dubai Marina, Burj Khalifa, etc.) by metro 40-60 minutes. And if you go to Expo 2000 or amusement parks, then about 1.5 hours. In principle, you can go once, but you should not expect anything better from the hotel than the average 3 stars.
A good hotel for your money. The room is huge. There is everything for living. There was a problem with the key to the door, it wouldn't open. It was necessary to call the staff every time, they laughed at the card. The breakfast is good. Pancakes, milk, fruits, vegetables and eggs. There was no one in the pool. The staff is helpful, the room is clean.
Of the disadvantages, sometimes they forgot to bring towels for a change, after a reminder they brought them. And cockroaches ran a couple of times. It is a pity that there was no transfer to the beach. Among the advantages are decent breakfasts, close location to the metro, a large room with 2 bathrooms.
The pool did not work, they do not want to invest, they pump out the last one. It's a pity that the hotel is being turned into a dorm.

I am very familiar with this chain hotel, so I put 3 - this one.
Of the advantages:
Good location, shops, metro malls, port and airport, all nearby.
Good reception staff.
Well-stocked clean rooms.
Now about the sad.
There were three adults and a child, towels for two. They did not bring them, after cleaning the towels were taken away and not returned, after several requests they were brought, but strictly 3) Strange, in general.
Breakfasts, for 50 dirhams, are sooo weak for hotels of this grid , there is a lot of Indian food.
For 4 days of stay, the sauna and hammam did not work.
This is a cloakroom. Clo-shar-nya!!!!!! With cockroaches. In the room, in the restaurant... sooooooo tired. Once, maybe it was normal. But now🤦🏼♀️😞😞😞😞 Although quite close to the airport. About 40 dirhams per train
Pretty not a bad hotel) there is a rooftop pool which I found out about the day before departure 😀 clean. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is polite. They took me to the airport.
It's a dirty hotel, it's not worth the money. Service 0, I don't want to go back. The ground floor is humid and uncomfortable. There was no desire to go up to the pool
A good hotel , there is a pool on the roof , the view is excellent , they give a towel , in the evening you can smoke a hookah , but alcohol is not sold on the roof
