I expected a lot from this hall, because I went to the one that closed and waited a year for a new one to open. The hall itself seems to be beautiful, but there is very little space for such a number of people, it is difficult to disperse, but you could close your eyes to this if not for the rest. Why are there so many insects in the hall? Flies, some moths, mosquitoes, when I drank water, a huge fly just landed on my finger, the floors in the hall itself are very dirty, it seems cleaner outside, sand and hair. But the worst was in the women's locker room. I was in the evening, I don't know if they clean it only 1 time a day (which is unlikely), but the floor is just strewn with hair, again sand, dust, but the most disgusting thing is that used patches were lying on the floor and there was a gasket, sorry, of course, but I think this is generally unacceptable, and the more moreover, for such money, it's just a shame, I've never seen such dirt anywhere, I'm glad that I thought of taking a one-time subscription and not just a full trash.
On the one hand, everything is terrible, there are a lot of exercise machines, a comfortable wardrobe. But the treadmills, there are 4 of them, one was labeled repair for about a month, the second one forms an air cushion while running. A separate mention is worth the cleaner, the hall works until 23, so this person starts cleaning at 21, which of course leaves discomfort, she calmly enters the locker room when others change their clothes.
We go for the first month, while we like everything. There are many different simulators. Clean, newly renovated, large changing room. There are not many visitors during the day. The price for unlimited is acceptable.
The management's attitude towards the client is nothing. After the closure of the Futuris cent, many customers, including me, had questions about obligations to customers. You leave a request on the website - they call and say they will contact me. And as a result, 2 weeks have passed and no one from the management has contacted me like that. The administrator said that there would be a coach and would show and tell everything. As a result, a friend came to this coach, or maybe it was individual lessons, I don't know. He sprayed himself on the two of us. I didn't work out much. The coach told me to take at least one personal training session so that he would explain everything, as a result, we agreed with him 4 times and he postponed 4 times. In the end, I already gave up on this club. Such is the attitude towards the client. The coach's name seemed to be Eugene. To be honest, I don't quite remember
