Long queues. There are almost daily power outages in the bank, which makes the queues even longer, equipment is being rebooted, programs are not working and bank employees are not fully able to do their job. I ordered a card here - they did it for a very long time, more than 2 weeks, as a result, they issued a card with an error in the surname, although the employee was only required to rewrite the data as indicated in my passport, but he failed. I do not recommend this bank.
