Самый отстойный банк. В первом случае за 15 минут до закрытия на обед нас не пустили, мотивируя тем, что операцию по отправке денег они не успеют. Во втором случае полностью пробили дно, я была четвертая в очереди на открытие карточки, ждала ровно час, т.к. оператор помогал коллеге, без конца куда-то выходил, к нему постоянно подходили отвлекая разговорами другие операторы, думала этот ужас не закончится. Ну и на десерт два оператора при посетителях, при нахождении внутри помещения милиции начали о чем-то спорить, и дело дошло до драки!!! Вообще капец! Жаль нет ближайшего банка...
Кассир разговаривала с подругой по телефону, пока оформляла мою оплату, узнала много о ее муже, детях и проблемах. Было неприятно, это все таки банк - серьезная организация, а не рынок
