A man came in after me and they calmly changed his money. I'm just in complete shock.
Bank. An ordinary bank. You need to stand in line to solve any issue. ATMs are sometimes working, sometimes not. But the girls always help at the entrance. Security too. They let you sit and wait for the start of working hours.
There is a constant queue at the volute exchange window, 10-20 people each. An electronic queue is working, but the window operator does not call customers, everyone is crowding around and you spend 20 to 40 minutes to change money. Today I tried to change $ 100 into bags, after waiting 20 minutes, when I came up to complain about why it took so long, they told me, but there was no sum... And this is normal! You see, there is no Uzbek money in the bank of Uzbekistan. It's a mess!!!!!!
