To be honest, the queue is electronic, then it works, then it doesn't work. And the service is bad, i.e. some employees do not correspond to their work at all. I don't know where the management of Hulk Bank is looking. But some employees understand and work perfectly, in my opinion they will soon leave for other banks. It's just a pity to look at this Hulk Bank.... the repair is excellent and the state entrusted them with a pension and other loans, in particular a loan for female students. But Halk Bank does not know how or does not want to use this trust of the State.... what a pity!
