I don’t like the food the shahlik was under cooked and I just had a poor service, would not recommend

It's a great restaurant. We were here two nights in a row, everything was incredibly delicious . Excellent service. The best restaurant in a week spent in Uzbekistan . 5 solid stars . I have already recommended this place to friends who are going to Samarkand.

We arrived at 23:00 on Saturday (03.05), we wanted to drink a glass of lemonade and eat something that is prepared quickly, as we understood that the establishment is open until 00:00. We asked the waiter if it was possible to sit at an empty table on the street, he said that the table was reserved (let me remind you that the establishment is open until 00:00, and the time is 23:00). I asked if I could sit inside in that case, and he rudely replied no, we're closing soon. I would like to note that I spoke Uzbek. I can't say that it was discrimination because we are tourists.
I strongly recommend that the managers and administration of this institution have conversations with the staff so that the rating of the institution does not decrease. Customer orientation - 0, politeness - 0, benevolence - 0.
In an hour, we would have had time to have a snack and drink lemonade. But the waiter didn't even bother to specify what exactly we wanted to order or how long we were staying.
