So, I'm updating the review after a while. There were problems with stability and speed, I drove to the provider. I tried a direct connection and all the problems went away. For those who have the same problems with Internet speed and stability, I advise you to buy a patch cord (this is a two-way Internet cable) and plug one end into a router, the other into a PC or Laptop. If there is no RJ-45 connector, update the router, ancient routers (and these are 2020 and those that do not support at least a gigabit connection) throw them in the trash, they are already outdated (most likely).
Of the cons:
— A strange system with manual switching and only through the provider of the mac address of the device to which the Internet is supplied via cable (the first time I encounter such a game and do not understand why it is necessary at all)
— Unavailability of the Internet at 500 Mbit/s in the city center (11 mkr), while the cost of the tariff is 70 Mbit / s as much as 5,500 tenge, although 500 - 6,000 tenge. Logic? She's not here.
— No white IP

They work too slowly. You make an application for connection, so you have to wait half a month, for 15 whole days. BOTTOM, BOTTOM. It feels like they come from Astana on foot to connect.
