We are having a rest now at xeno eftalia, today is October 22nd. The weather is good, on the afternoon of 25-27. We swim, the sea is about 25g. It's cool at night, you need a windbreaker. I'll start in order about everything. A solid four. For those with claims, you are looking for a higher level and, accordingly, for other money. The room is simple, on the 5th floor, but with a good fresh renovation, the toilet is generally excellent. The lobby is a bit dark, and the ceilings are low, it's a bit dull there. The dining room needs renovation, old furniture, dirty tiles on the floor, but it is spacious, and most importantly good fresh food. There were no poisonings. Mostly fish and chicken are made of meat. Melons, oranges, apples, pears. Lots of greens and side dishes. And a lot of cakes. There is a bar with burgers and French fries. The beer is normal, it doesn't taste bitter, I don't drink the rest, but people drink cocktails and wine. They give me ice cream. And upon arrival, there is a mini bar in the room in the refrigerator. The second line, but 3 minutes to the sea along the green path, that is, as if on the first line. The beach is spacious, there is a place to lie on the sand, the sunbeds are in average condition. A canopy over half of the beach, the rest of the territory is for those who love the sun. The sea is clear, smooth approach. The animation is average, mostly in the evening. The pool is clean, the slides are open on time. There are a lot of free sun beds near the pool. The staff is polite. Beach towels are changed twice a week for free. There is a hammam and a gym for free, but the gym is a treadmill, dumbbells and a bike, nothing else. Wi-Fi is paid, $ 10 for the entire vacation, and works on the road, in the room, and on the beach. The only drawback is that you can smoke on the beach and near the pool, but it's not critical for us. In general, a good hotel, we are satisfied.

We had a rest in early October. I am happy with everything. The room has new plumbing, comfortable beds. The food is varied, there are no queues, there are enough tables for everyone. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, there are enough sun beds for everyone, the entrance to the sea is smooth, small pebbles. The service is friendly everywhere, but unobtrusive, all questions are answered. Animation is enough. There are many shops nearby, payment is almost everywhere taken in euros, dollars, rubles and lira. Moreover, the prices are cheaper than at the bazaar in Konakli. If there is an opportunity, we will go again. We went to the good fives, but there is no point in overpaying, the difference is mainly in the assortment of fruits and the frequency of linen changes. Well, what can I say about this hotel!! Probably only the most positive thing, we rested from 12.10.2024 to 24.10.2024, we liked everything very much, starting with the polite staff and ending with very pleasant residents of the area)) We went with a 1.5-year-old child, slept in a clean room, which was constantly cleaned, brought water as much as you ask, there is a lot of food and varied, there is only one thing but for a small child! This is a very sweet porridge and spicy and salty food that had to be chosen, but otherwise everything is normal. The sea is 20 meters away from the hotel, the entrance to the water is of course rocky, but if you go a little to the left of our beach, there is a bay where there are no waves or stones there is just beauty, sand and clear water without waves)))) The hotel staff are just great, they really respect, very kind, lovely guys who love children very much) in general, I liked everything! Yes, and one more thing, but everyone smokes on sun beds near the pool where there are many children, a foreigner like ours does not care))

We had a rest in September 24 .We were satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I liked everything. The food is good, there were practically no queues and most importantly, the guests were not humiliated by begging for an extra portion (you need 2 dorades or 3 grilled chickens or ice cream, they won't even look askance) There are enough places on the beach and by the pool, there is animation, the rooms are spacious.The location of the hotel is convenient, the reception staff is excellent.The sea is nearby 2 minutes from the hotel

We had a rest at the end of July 2024. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. The hotel is located close to the sea, just 2 minutes. Clean beach, gentle sea. The entrance is coarse sand. There were always enough sun beds, no need to borrow. The pools are clean. The slides worked for 2 hours in the morning and after lunch. There is always a lifeguard control both by the sea and in the pool. Standard entertainment with a colorful African (aqua aerobics, water polo), live music from the guitarist in the evening. Songs in different languages. Very cool!
The food is standard. Upon arrival, it is delicious, by the end of the rest it gets boring, but for breakfast, for example, 11 kinds of cheese. There has always been chicken and fish. Lots of fruits:apples, peaches, watermelon, melon, plum
Cons: there is no air conditioning at the reception, the staff just "sweats". There is no children's menu in the restaurant. It's problematic with kids.
We drove with a positive attitude. Despite the disadvantages, the rest was a success.

I really liked the hotel and the room was great on the second floor, overlooking the park. Quiet, cozy, clean. 4 channels in Russian. The food is excellent and there is a large selection. A normal hotel for 4 people. The food at the beach restaurant is delicious and always fresh, the beer and drinks are also excellent, better than at the hotel itself, but this did not bother. And it was so clean, cleaned daily, the towels were not the first freshness, but they were changed, and they were clean. I was on vacation with my son in early September 2024. I can say that the rest was a complete success. We are very satisfied with the hotel, there are no queues in the dining room, there is always a huge selection of everything, trout is cooked simply amazingly on the grill, the rooms are cleaned. It takes a minute to walk to the sea, entering the sea pleases, free ice cream, a super water park, animation was also enough. The only thing that could be added is children's entertainment, children's barts, children's bowling, team competitions, it would be great. The alcohol is also good, the staff is friendly. We rested from September 11 to September 19, 2024. Everyone at the reception is friendly, Russian-speaking. They asked for a room with a mountain view. They gave it to me. I really liked it. The week flew by unnoticed. Have you read the reviews and thought where are we going?! In fact, everything is much better. The room is clean, the air conditioning is working. I saw a man walking in the hallway ordering cracks. In the room we had one large bed, a small one and a sofa. Pedestal. A table with a mirror and a minibar. At the entrance there is a wardrobe with a safe (free of charge) and a table. There is hand soap in the shower 2in1. Every day there is cleaning, clean towels, rolls of several pieces with a margin. There is a wall-mounted dryer on the balcony, just sticks of 4-5 pieces hung, swimsuits dried quickly, and towels were thrown over the railing.
The view from the window is cool. The food is varied, there is plenty to choose from. In the morning, porridge, eggs of different types, if you want boiled, omelet, scrambled eggs, eggs with vegetables in a frying pan are fried in front of you. A lot of vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, salads, cheeses, sausages, sauces, jams and syrups, biscuits, buns, fish of various kinds. One type is stewed fish. The rest are fried in breadcrumbs, dorado, sea bass and other sea fish... Fruits: watermelon, melon, plum, orange, grapefruit, green and red apples. There are plenty of sweet products, different every day. We tried it a little bit one day.(And so with extra kg you will arrive without a cake)And so, abundance. The pancakes were delicious. We went to hamburgers and soup at night.
On the third day, a spa employee came over. He offered to go to a hammam and massage for $ 30. After a while, there was a board with an announcement of a $15 hamam. They didn't come up and ask why there was such a difference, they would come up with something to say. We went once, we have never been to such procedures. For an amateur. In general, from 12 to 14 there was a hammam for free. We never went out. At this time on the beach, and then lunch already.
The staff are all friendly. If they don't understand, they use a translator. Wi-Fi is 10 dollars for the entire vacation time, fishing on the hotel grounds and on the beach. It doesn't catch in the room. I had to go out either to the balcony or into the corridor. Entertainment is all announced at the booth in the lobby. I really liked the water aerobics. Incendiary. Water polo is for guys. In the afternoon, there is a tournament on the beach for volleyball fans. And so you can come with your ball, so as not to buy for $ 10 at the hotel and play at any time. From 10 to 5 on the beach, drinks and food, watermelon and melon. Ice cream was delivered at 15.00. The neighbors from the 5-star hotel told them they were only given for a fee. Take it at least twice, at least three times, everything is free. There are new entertainments in the evenings every day. Or a concert or a circus, or a disco, a karaoke evening. After 11, silence. For those who like to sit, the bar is open until morning. There is a disco club in the basement of the hotel on the left, we visited it once.
It seems to work on Fridays. It's small, but you can dance. There is a football field nearby.
At lunch, a woman makes a gyuzleme on the territory in front of the hotel. A flatbread made of dough with different fillings, fried in a pan of unusual shape. The filling can be mixed. Onions, cheese, potatoes. There is a bar and a swimming pool nearby. You can always choose.
Well, it was our first time abroad, we liked it. The hotel is good. Our room is a corner room on the 3rd floor, good. The beach is nearby. We read about natural slabs under water. It is impossible to enter. Maybe. Normal. We just need to find a place. The stones are big somewhere. Somewhere small. In general, there is a type of bay nearby, on the left, where we swam when we could not go into the sea. The sea is common))) we walked along the shore to other beaches, somewhere there is even worse. Our hotel is doing well. And to the right on the beach there is a little sand. You can do it there. The choice is up to everyone.
Therefore, those who are going to relax in this hotel, do not be afraid, take it boldly. It was not pretentious, somehow it seemed to us like a family thing. And normal people got caught, funny. And if you don't like the number, you can always change it.
the shower flows quietly on the beach. If you turn on the foot tap, the shower turns off. And we passed by the next one and there we could rinse the legs. ))) there used to be a long queue near ours. This is not a reason to throw a tantrum at the reception, as one older woman did.
You can take a piece of soap with you to wash things, there is a hair dryer. It was practically not used. There are Russian channels on TV.
We organized a trip to a leather and fur store (everything is beautifully traded, but they do not lower it below 180 dollars), then to a textile store and we are in Alanya, then we walked and we are already on Cleopatra beach. The sun beds there are paid. The view is beautiful. There is free Wi-Fi in the park nearby. We walked and were already near the funicular to the fortress, but we decided to save money and reached the top in half an hour. We also walk back. From the bus stop, we boarded a 50-hour flight to Konakli, 35 lire fare.
I don't write about shopping malls and local markets, there's nothing special there. It is necessary to go everywhere, compare, bargain. Have a good rest.

Just got back, everything is sooo good, solid four!!! The hotel is tired, but the rooms are freshly renovated, the toilet room with new plumbing and furniture was cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed twice in 6 nights. The food is sooo diverse, they ate seafood and turkey, beef tongues and many other delicious things. The hotel is large and 100% full, but there was enough food and sun beds on the beach for everyone.I really liked the staff, attentive and smiling, they arrived 20 minutes before the end of dinner, quickly put on bracelets and took us to feed, after they were registered and settled in. Thanks to the girl Sonya at the reception, all issues were resolved promptly. They were fed delicious ice cream on the beach.Animation is a bit weak in comparison, but for us it was not the most important thing. The sea is nearby, the entrance is somewhere near the plate, to the right is normal, small pebbles. We liked our vacation, for relatively little money it's just super!

We had a rest together with my husband at the hotel from November 4 to November 13, 2024. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception, they settled in as soon as they arrived, at 10 o'clock. The room was pleased, two beds and a sofa (it looks like all the rooms are the same), a balcony, a view of the mountains and the road. The sea is close, it takes 5 minutes to walk between the hotels. The beach is large, sun beds with mattresses, awnings, a bar with drinks and snacks. These are the advantages. Huge dogs roam the beach, they don't seem aggressive, but they can climb on the sun beds, I'm not a dog person, so this is a minus for me. The food in the hotel restaurant is monotonous, sometimes cold, we were not hungry, but we knew better, even in the top three. The staff is very non-intrusive (did not smile, did not greet). Mostly Russians had a rest, there were few foreigners.The hotel was closed, vacationers were moved to other hotels, this affected the whole atmosphere, there was no entertainment, furniture was collected. The Konakli district itself is boring, isolated. There is nowhere to walk. Although the mall is not far away, we have been there a couple of times. In short, if not for the excellent weather and good sea, the impression would not be very good.

The air conditioning is very weak, as the fan is running, the room is very hot. Also, the shower is very bad, it is not closed, water gushes on the floor and spills all over the bathroom. They plugged it with towels. It is not very pleasant and convenient. The balcony in front of the stage, on the one hand, is comfortable, you sit and watch the whole show at home. But on the other hand, the noise from the restaurant is constant until 3 am. There are plenty of loudmouths vacationing. And close the balcony, you will die from the heat, because the air conditioner does not work.

Two years ago we had a rest at this hotel and decided to come back here again. The hotel is just wonderful! The food is very tasty and varied, everyone will find a dish to their taste.
The rooms at the hotel are simple but cozy. Unfortunately, our three-room room has air conditioning in only two rooms. But the staff here is wonderful, and the hotel grounds are simply magnificent. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are many bazaars, pharmacies and other necessary shops around. Every evening, the hotel hosts an excellent show program, and in the afternoon there is also animation.

I really disliked the attitude of the guide at the hotel, constantly imposed excursions and openly lied. Everything they offer is complete nonsense. Especially going to the hammam - you don't get pleasure, but you constantly stand in queues and collect trippers.
It is better to go to the hotel, there are good massage therapists, and pleasure for the same money.
The only advantage of the guide is the exchange of money.

There is a beautiful beach, there are stones, but there are very few of them. You can go further and get into the frog house, where the entrance is smooth, without stones and there are no waves.
At first we were upset, but then we realized that this is the best vacation in Turkey. We weren't bored❤️

We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 19th. I liked it very much! Everything was fine - wonderful, renovated rooms, plentiful, varied meals, large swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the sea. I arrived in this department at the end of October 24, the guys we knew were already resting there, they warned us from the doorstep that the hotel was not safe and the manager and his friends could attack in a crowd, which to my great surprise I witnessed when the guards, on the instructions of their boss, sent a drunk elderly man to a knockout. Who will face this, keep in mind they are cowardly and at the sight of a prepared person they hand over the back. If things are lost, you will not find them (this happened to my T-shirt). The food is so-so, they went to the dining room just to eat, but they pour alcohol around the clock (apparently so that they don't complain) . But at the end of October, the concept of the hotel changed))))) and the food deteriorated at times (it became impossible to eat masterpieces of Turkish dishes) there were stones in the food (the spouse chipped a tooth), as well as insect larvae. The ice cream on the beach was removed (it became a pity for the children) . We lost the key to the safe (for the first time I see the key in the hotel, not the code) they said there was no second key and the safe had to be sawed with a grinder (the cost of $ 50 had to quarrel a little because the dollar exchange rate is set by the manager at the reception) well, I'm silent about cleaning (they brought water and thanks for that) the plumbing was tired (after a shower there was a sea in the toilet). In general, the attitude towards the guests is piggy. Animation is naturally zero, with a few exceptions, Russian women with VIP bracelets came to visit the managers (I wonder since when such women have VIP status), but thanks to them we did karaoke for three days in a row (no equipment) and discos, which of course pleased us in boring times. The rest at this hotel was like this (we returned alive and well) . To sum up, in many hotels the concept changes by the end of the season, we paid for the ticket in full, so I did not understand why we were limited, it was unsafe in every sense (with food, fights, and missing things). We haven't had an all-inclusive vacation for about 10 years. We like to travel as savages.
We had a two-room family room 2056. Don't expect luxury hotel from HE, we were driving purely for the sun and the sea. If you are going in the hope of a pleasant stay at the hotel, then this is not the place.
Positive: the food suited us, a lot of vegetables, amazing greens, there was meat and fish, fruits were always watermelon, melon, cherries, peaches, bananas and apricots from time to time.
The sea is not far away, while we are at sea, a 7-year-old child went to the slides alone and then returned.
There were fruits and snacks on the sea too. Ice cream at a certain time.
Beer, if you believe the tuborg, tasted normal, did not give off urine)
If you need animation, then it's different for adults every day (it was interesting)

We booked another hotel, but in the reviews we saw that it was intestinal and changed it! It turned out not in vain! We had a rest from 15-24, 2 adults and 2 children. we settled in immediately, without asking for an additional payment. We arrived at night, there was a night kitchen, we had a snack from the road. The room was given 1057, the room is old, but everything is clean and cozy. There are no questions about cleaning! 4 pools, slides, lots of sun beds. Animators were rarely and rarely seen. There is practically no entertainment with them. Sometimes at 15 o'clock we got to a foam party and my son ran along an inflatable ladder (it was fun). Ice cream on the beach every day. There is very little to go to the beach, its own beach, sun beds, everything is clean. The sea was gorgeous. The food in the restaurant was delicious, there was a lot of choice. They gave the same thing for three days, but then they corrected themselves) fish is grilled every day. It was cold at night, they asked for a blanket and brought it. And anyway, everyone is very friendly and helpful. My son found friends and played football with them (I had to buy a ball, my own is not there). Special thanks to the security, they didn't even let the children out of the hotel for the ball! We had a very good rest! There is a bazaar next to the hotel and my advice to you is to buy there. Prices at the exit and central bazaar are significantly higher!! Thank you for a good rest!

The food is VERY poor, especially the breakfasts. Today, for lunch, some of the dishes are from breakfast. There are no delicious pastries at all. From the good - there are watermelons, melons, greens, vegetables. The fish is tasteless, often over-salted, or dry, the coffee is tasteless.
Many people have already written about the rooms, they are simple, but this is nonsense, you only sleep in them, but there are no bedside sockets, the audibility is excellent.
There is no animation. Boring.
The conclusion is that the money for which this hotel can be bought now is not worth it at all. I will never return to it!!!

I asked the reception to clean up, but even after that, only the bed linen was changed. The floor was not washed, the plumbing was not washed. And even the towels have never been changed. The hotel itself really needs renovation, here the expectations have coincided. Terrible shower room, there was water in the bathroom all the time. On the third day, the shower head broke off. Apparently from old age. Audibility in the rooms - cardboard walls. The toilet was wobbling, I had to sit down very carefully). But! the staff is really trying. Well done! At the slightest remark, they come instantly. The watering can was changed immediately. Bed linen is changed. Everything you ask for is done. The safe is free. Internet 10 $ one device for the entire period of rest. I advise you to take a room with a view of the mountains, not the pool and the view is nice and quiet and you do not need to pay extra. Near the bazaar, pharmacies, there is everything you need. Two high-quality real shopping centers within walking distance, 10 -15 minutes on foot. In the evening there were also all kinds of entertainment, performances, discos and karaoke. Those who wished were also gathered and taken to Alanya to a disco. I did not like that in the evening there was one bar where you could get a drink or a drink and because of this it happened that queues formed. The staff is friendly, there were questions - they helped. Almost everyone understands Russian and even many people speak it. There is a small bazaar in front of the hotel and if you go around it to the right towards the highway and until the end you can buy excursions from Mavlyud, it is not expensive, and you can also transfer money to their Russian card, and they will give you dollars, the exchange rate is a little higher, but it saved us, because the money was running out, and there was nowhere to withdraw.
