The case did not fall, did not fly. The warranty staff can't really say and explain anything, they gave the number of the supplier to whom the headphones were sent, the girl does not hear the receipt number, is rude, says that I am a third party and they provide information only to legal entities, why give these numbers then? There is no one to talk to and deal with, the only option is the consumer protection society. If you want to donate your money, buy low-quality goods, waste time and be sent to this organization!
I'm not going to take the headphones, I'll leave them as a keepsake for the xiaomistor
