This restaurant is real Uzbek national one and has got great food and brilliant service. I always have lunch and dinner in this restaurant. It’s a halal place. No alcohol and no smoking. Super.

We live next to the institution. We visit often, because they cook delicious food, especially kebabs. The prices are acceptable. The staff is polite. Everything is clean and tidy.

**Terrible experience with disgusting kebab and ignorant management**
I recently had one of the worst dinners at [Restaurant Name]. From start to finish, it was an absolute disappointment, with the most disgusting kebab and shockingly ignorant management.
Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed promising, but this was the only positive aspect of my visit. I ordered a kebab, expecting a delicious and flavorful dish. Instead, I was served a wet, tasteless mass, which did not correspond at all to the idea of a kebab. The meat had a strange taste, as if it had gone bad, and the spices were almost not felt. The overall presentation of the dish was extremely unappetizing.
I politely turned to the manager with the hope of solving the problem. Unfortunately, the manager's reaction was dismissive and rude. He showed no concern for the quality of the food or my displeasure. Instead of solving the problem, he arrogantly brushed off my complaints and offered neither compensation nor an apology.
This level of ignorance and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I left the restaurant feeling extremely disappointed and regretful about my choice. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value good food and decent customer service.

Not only do the waiters sometimes make you wait, but apparently they do not fully transfer the order to the kitchen. And that's why I think so, our favorite salad is Achichuk and we always ask you to make it spicy. Not only do they not do this, but after the alteration, the pepper just lies on top and the salad is not involved, and it seems to me the main thing is when they ask to make it spicy.

The best ground barbecue in Tashkent! That's the truth. I've tried many places, but it was here in kiima kabob that there was never cartilage, the smell of stale meat, over-salt and other unpleasant nuances. In some kebabs, ground meat is made almost like baby food, no texture. And in "Angira" there is a belt top!
The rest of the dishes are also at a very decent level. It's a little expensive, but the portions are large.
For beginners, it may not be very clear how to eat and pay there)) come in, sit at any table, a waiter flies up to you, tell him everything you want to order (or point to their menu). Ask for the bill (after the meal or better, when your last dish is brought). You are given a receipt (10% is included for the service there). With this check, you go to the exit and pay with cash or a card at the checkout. Waiters do not need to give money or ask for a terminal, you pay yourself at the exit) Such is the feature.
Do not rush to order a lot, the portion may be very large! As a rule, there is everything on the menu, but sometimes it ends. The waiter will inform you about this promptly, just choose something else.
They work with families with children, couples and businesses. There is no alcohol, which is undoubtedly a plus!
In addition to shish kebab, I recommend trying Kaza-shurva roasting in pots, tobacco chicken (portion, not kg), khon-khonim, lagman any, caesar salad. Well, pilaf, of course (usually ends in the afternoon).
The drinks are great! From modest tea for 2000 grams, to freshly squeezed pomegranate juice.
I would advise the host to "take care of the guests a little bit." It's not always pleasant when a waiter comes up to you in the middle of a meal to pick up a freshly crumpled napkin, or to steal ONE empty skewer when there are three whole skewers on my plate.
