In a quiet, peaceful area. The rooms are small but recently renovated. Comfortably. I would have come back. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center by tram or bus - it doesn't bother.
Cons: not cheap (like everything in Amsterdam), not the center, an "Arab" area (a lot of immigrants from the East, but not refugees, as in other European countries, namely immigrants - they arrived a long time ago and are very calm and friendly), respectively, there is no alcohol in the cafe...

The hotel is not fresh, but the rooms are renovated and furnished with comfort. Clean, beautiful, there is TV and wifi. You can additionally include breakfast. The buffet is not big, but it is quite possible to eat.
They settled in with problems. We waited a long time. The breakfast is average. It was cool at night. It was good that there was an electric heater. There is a bus and tram stop nearby and it was convenient to get to the center. It's quite suitable for a couple of nights.
