We booked seats for 5 adults 10 days before arrival. At my request, tg sent photos of the rooms with a description of the conditions of the suite and the location was paid for by a deposit. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no places and the owner offered us another hotel in an abandoned area of the city with terrible conditions of pre-Soviet renovation. As a result, they found another place themselves. The owner of Ilkhom aka turned out to be dishonest and did not even apologize. Moreover, his staff behaved in this situation as if it were the way it should be and this is the norm. No one apologized to us. Thank you for not verbally sending them away, but doing everything so that customers feel humiliated and insulted. I do not advise anyone to get involved with these people
