I gave the order, they sent me an invoice for payment, I paid through Payme, they confirmed that the payment was completed. And now it's 23:00 and still no delivery has been made. 1.40 minutes have passed. I called to find out the situation, but there was no girl there who understands Russian, and with my broken (unfortunately) Uzbek, I started asking what the problem was, they told me they didn't know anything! I asked them to put me through to the senior, to which they said yes, wait and hung up. Then I started calling back 10 times, but no one answered the phone! I really hope that the management will respond appropriately to this review and will be able to listen to all conversations by taking action! Keep the debited money for yourself, I don't understand why to do this! I will continue to order from others! I will definitely report this case to the media and on Instagram!
