The hotel is cool, very beautiful, clean, tidy. The lawns are very beautiful, flowers are planted, magnificent palm trees. Early in the morning, everything is watered, the smell of freshness, the singing of birds. The pools are clean, everything is cleaned on time. The cuisine is rich in variety, for every taste. The staff is polite.

We were in Kirozes in 2022, during the January holidays. The weather is +25 in the afternoon, cool in the evening. The hotel is on the third line, 15 minutes walk to the sea, but there is no beach there, so you can take a walk and walk along the pontoons of other hotels is quite realistic. There is a bus from the hotel daily to its sandy and coral beach, the record is more accurate for the day. 20 min. the ride. Thus, you can see three beaches per vacation. The hotel itself does not really pull in 5 stars. Where there is no repair (in old buildings) generally 3 * can be said. Well, as they say, this is not Turkey for you! The service is so-so, but it will pull... The area is medium-sized, three heated pools, the smallest of all, but there was enough space. There are two canteens, a little greasy, one a little fresher, the other not so much... The choice of dishes is average, breakfast is baked, the choice of cheeses is not great, you can plug the gut, lunch is more interesting, dinner is better than everything else, the beef was super. Alcohol: beer in mini cups, we had to take four at a time, wine was poured from a plastic conister. There is a small water park on the territory, the water was not heated, but everyone rode. About 7-8 slides were working, at a certain time. Room cleaning is average, not ideal, swans were twisted out of towels, etc. the refrigerator did not work, there is no minibar. The furniture is tired, there is a kettle, respectively tea, coffee ... 165 thousand rubles for 4 people is not a pity... Impressions: from winter Perm to summer Charm - cool. The sea, the fish are super. The room was paid for by a simple tin, at night the ants almost devoured us. The next day, we paid 100 greenbacks and were moved to a two-room room with a view of the aqua slides. I think for exploring Egypt, the hotel is passable and not expensive, although not the first line. We did not go on excursions, except for the sightseeing one. On the next trip, we will most likely consider another hotel. When writing a review, I compared it with China and Turkey, also with the top five.

The hotel is generally not bad, among the disadvantages: mosquitoes (take fumigators and sprays). There were a lot of them in the room, the child was covered in bites, and I did not like it. On the last day after the eviction at 12, we were stripped of our bracelets, changed to white ones at the reception they said that we could have lunch, but in fact, arriving at the sea, we were refused a bar and lunch. This has not happened to us in any hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room. The broken kettle was immediately replaced. We rested in the early days of December 2023, the pools are icy, we did not dare to swim.
Of the advantages, I liked the dinners very much, especially what they cook on the street, the rooms are normal, they make all sorts of funny things out of towels for tips and clean well. The beaches are good, it's even interesting that there are two different ones and you can ride to them, but the food there is as simple as possible rolls mostly on one, fries, nuggets, rice on the other
Alcohol was tried by beer, it is normal in Egypt. They took their cognac at the disco and asked for $ 20, like what's with their own, a rotten disco is not worth it. Animation for 3 minutes

Nice hotel. Old but acceptable for your money. The food is fine, there are no questions. The water park is open 2 hours before lunch and 3 after. The location is not very good, there are no bazaars nearby, shopping centers too. To take a walk at night, you need to take a taxi. But for fans of the casino plus, it is a 5-minute walk away.
In general, everything is fine. I would have returned - yes.

For a little money, you can relax there, a huge fat plus is a water park, a good pool. The restaurant is normal, the food is good. The room was given just a terrible, smelly toilet, the smell like in a public toilet, a puddle leaking from the toilet, complained to the reception, said they would come to fix it in 10 minutes, but no one came at all. I couldn't stand living there for the whole vacation, thank God we were moved to another building (our building was disconnected from the light or for repairs, I still didn't understand). I ran from there as fast as I could. It saved our vacation. If they hadn't overpowered me, I wouldn't have given more than two stars. Before that, I read in the reviews that the reception staff specifically put Russian speakers in these terrible rooms, so that they could move them to better rooms for money, it seems to be true! In short, if there is no money at all, then you can be patient, or swear and demand another number. If there is an opportunity to buy something better, then pay a little extra and buy a neighboring Parkland. This is a hotel nearby, their own network. The rooms there are more decent and cleaner.

Cons: the sea is far away (20 minutes on a very good bus), transfer every 2 hours, i.e. rest according to schedule; rooms are packed, cleaning if you leave a tip; a lot of dirt in the corridors; the dining room is cramped (it's really hard to part with the same staff), although the food is tolerable, but the terrible little ones "kill" (100 ml) plastic cups for drinks and the absence of napkins, dishes with chips.
Pros: territory: including a zone for children: once again - tolerable food; bars are quite adequate, including on the beach; a good water park.
3* - because the service does not pull for 4 (dirt, broken dishes in the dining room). If you are counting on 5* or real 4 - you are not here.

We were eaten in the room by mosquitoes. There was literally a swarm of them.
To which they told us that they did not provide any funds, they sent us to the store.

- Buses to Naama Bay and Soho Square are chargeable. Even in 3* hotels they were free.
