We arrived from the hotel at 3 nights, and check-in from 13 to 14.00 we slept at the reception like homeless people, taking into account that we got to the hotel almost a day. Breakfast was also not provided, as the bracelets are worn from 13.00.
The whole impression is spoiled. There are big cockroaches in the rooms.
Next of the advantages is nutrition. They cook delicious for Egypt.
The reef is alive and beautiful.
There is no territory for walking. Only between the buildings.

I really liked the hotel. We had a rest in mid-October 2021. A very convenient pontoon. The food and rooms are good, they were fed seafood twice a week. The tequila is great. The staff is friendly. We liked everything!

2. The room is terrible. Although it is economical, but sorry, you have five stars. Old furniture, a broken bed, the electricity went out when the air conditioner was turned on. They called 16 times and came to the reception every other time.
3. Swimming pool and snack bar. It's funny) everything is included, but they give out a limited amount per person) once we took a small potato and a chicken, but the next time they barked at us that only one))
4. The sea is clean, it's fun to dive. With a mask, it's generally a thrill.
In general, we will never return to this hotel again.
Do not take excursions) there are 2 hours from excursions, and everything else has its own shops and the imposition of goods for almost 6 hours.

We returned yesterday and decided to leave a review.We arrived at the hotel on September 16 at 7 pm, our wishes were asked at the reception and we received a great room with a side sea view (without money).The territory of the hotel is very large, but you can call a bus from the reception desk that will take you to the beach and back. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is only from pantone. There are many swimming pools on the territory, one of which has a bar. The main restaurant is the one with long queues immediately after opening. The food is quite tasty, but monotonous. You will never be hungry there, a large selection of pastries, delicious soups. The hotel staff pleasantly surprised us, everyone is very friendly, they will always ask if everything is fine with you. There are always smiles on their faces, I would especially like to mention the young man in the bar at the reception (I do not remember the name to my shame), but below there will be a photo of him standing next to my husband. Now the cons: the Internet is paid, drinks during lunch and dinner are served by waiters who do not always have time to bring them on time. In conclusion, I would like to say that I would definitely return to this hotel.
